“The Alstromeria(?) were drooping when my daughter opened the box after delivery. She treated the flowers as directed, and placed them in a cool room. The following day they had revived somewhat. Disappointing.”

“The picture of the order looked amazing.. I can't really comment as they were for someone else & I didn't see them. However, I did receive a phone call saying thank you & they were very pleased with the flowers.”

“Mostly as it was in the photo but roses died after four days and little orange flowers didn’t come out at all. So just nice lillies and luckily enough of them.”

“Have used Bunches for years but had a few problems this year. 2 separate deliveries of letter box flowers that were squashed and almost dead - they weren’t sleeping and didn’t recover. Although when I complained they sent me a new bunch. I ordered flowers this month for my Mother-in-laws birthday- they were ordered in plenty of time for the Monday, but had a call on Friday to to say those particular flowers weren’t available but they’d send an alternative- I was assured they would arrive on the Monday but very disappointingly didn’t. So overall I’m not impressed at the moment. I’ve ordered a Christmas plant - if there’s issues with this, then I won’t be using Bunches again.”

“Haven't ordered from bunches for awhile. These purchases for a friend's funeral. Not the best I must say. What a shame. Flowers seemed half dead. Didn't give then to my friend. So has to purchase some from local shop.”

“I have used bunches before and was really pleased but I ordered some last week for my daughter for her wedding I asked that they arrived before we set off for the venue before 330 on the Friday Unfortunately they hadn’t arrived before they set off at 4 but they were there when they arrived home the following afternoon and she said she was pleased But when I went on wednesday, and saw them, I was a bit disappointed to find one of the roses was already going brown and the head had dropped They really didn’t look as good as I thought they would”

“I expected a huge bunch of flowers but as they arrive in bud they aren’t most pleasing to the eye on delivery. Took a week for my lilies to come out but they were pretty once open. I think maybe the picture was of a medium bunch or large as I ordered small it wasn’t as picture perfect. Still very nice and delivered promptly”
