I am usually pleased with your flowers but I made three different orders for Christmas and New Year and we all felt the flowers were so tightly in bud that some failed to open and certainly didn't look like your illustrations. Rather disappointing.

Well it’s rare that the person sending the flowers gets to see them. This year Covid changed all my plans and I ended up arriving at my son’s home at exactly the same time that the flowers for his wife arrived. I have to say I was underwhelmed. True, there were blossoms that had yet to open but the flowers looked small and I have to say , a bit mean. I would think twice about using Bunches again. I didn’t think they were really value for money. I felt embarrassed that my daughter in law received them and would think I was mean as well as the flowers. Had I know I would be seeing them again after Christmas I would have got her a much bigger, nicer bouquet from a supermarket for half the price. Sorry.

I placed an order for delivery to the Channel Islands to be delivered on 31st Dec as a gift for the new year, the order was accepted however they were not delivered until 2nd January so disappointed this was not flagged up when the order was placed.

My friend sent me a photo of the flowers she received there didnt look many flowers but a lot of gysophilia. I was slightly disappointed as she had just been through a major operation.

To the best of my knowledge the flowers I sent were appreciated by the recipient and lasted well. However, I think the sender of the gift I received would have been very disappointed had I told him that none of the alstromeria in the bunch he sent on my return from hospital survived longer than 3 days.

Had two orders. One was on time, the other a day late. When I saw what was delivered thought the bunches were quite small for the money.

The flowers were great. It's a shame that they arrived 2 hours past the 'guaranteed' delivery time slot

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the flowers did not arrive within the estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided by Royal Mail. The ETA is not a guaranteed time of delivery this is an estimate of which they are aiming for. Our deliveries take place between 8 am-6 pm as advised in our delivery terms. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment this matter may have caused.

Service was fine, but the flowers only lasted five days, maybe Christmas is a bad time to order flowers?

Although ordered for three recipients - two were delighted but one wasn't! Therefore, I'm writing this review for this one person. I requested if this recipient was out, to leave the flowers at the front door. However, this didn't happen and the post office put a card through her door. She was in but not well and didn't answer the door quick enough. The flowers would have been redelivered this Wednesday but of course, by then they would have most likely died! The recipient did manage to struggle to get a few miles to the sorting office and get the flowers before Christmas but some had passed their best.

Never had a problem before, unfortunately although the flowers were beautiful they only lasted four days which was a great shame

The people I sent the flowers to were pleased with them although one bunch had a couple broken. The thing that disappointed me this year was that you could not send a card with them, so they had no idea who had sent them. Bearing in mind, I sent four of them bunches last year they guessed but one rang your office to find out who sent them but was fobbed off with we can not tell you because of Data Protection.

Been a member for a long time first we lost the free chocolates this year we have to pay for the postage, what next??. This year I've noticed a reduction in the number of flowers in the bunches

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the free chocolates being discontinued. We can confirm these were discontinued in 2017, however, we often added flower seeds to our parcels as a little extra. With demand so high for deliveries Christmas week, to ensure we can deliver happiness for everyone, there is a delivery charge for bouquets and plants pre-ordered for delivery w/c 20th December. All our arrangements are shown with a stem count, we provide this so customers are aware of the number of stems that will arrive with each bouquet so that customers are aware of this before the point of sale. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment this matter may have caused.

I used Bunches to deliver flowers to my Granddaughter for her birthday; delivery was spot on - but the flowers did not last very long at all: I was very disappointed - she has had a very difficult year and I hoped to bring some cheer to her. I live in New Zealand so "flowers" are about the only way I can bring a smile to her face [apart from whatsapp]. I also sent flowers to my Daughter for Christmas; she reported that they were 'pretty' but no other comment.

Order no 10487610. Flowers arrived without full message,my friend didn't know they were from.I thought the size if the boquet would ha e been bigger given the price...it may lead me to use a different company next time.
