“Despite organising a specific delivery date. The flowers came early so I missed the delivery. They then arrived the day they should have but now they were not as fresh. What was the point or organising a specific delivery. Disappointed.”

“At first I was a bit disappointed the flowers I choose didn’t look the same when delivered But !! It’s all good now as they have come out in bud. I’m 12 thousand miles away so I can’t see what I’ve sent to my mum but she’s sent me another photo and they are lovely. So all good and thank you for caring Bunches. 👍”

“Flowers were nice but unfortunately my recipient was out, wasnt left a card to say they'd attempted delivery. Her birthday was fruday, eventually after hunting thembdown, she got them Wednesday. Disappointing but that's what you get with postal services presumably.”

“My order arrived o.k. and I heard that the flowers were alright. However I tried to use your website a week before this order for another friend and could not pay for it because my I pad said you were not a secure site.”

“Ok. Very pretty and delivered in good time. But was supposed to be £46 worth of flowers but got them for 36ish with a discount. There was only about £15-£20 worth of flowers in this bouquet. Won't be fooled again by thinking I am getting a large bouquet of flowers. I will go to a supermarket and get a speciality of their own for approx £25. Bit of a let down to be honest”

“It was easy to order online and the flowers were delivered on the correct day and time to my sister in Norwich. She rang and said they had arrived and were very fresh but all were in bud so couldn’t say what they would be like until they opened. I had expected them to be similar to the photo. I’m sure they will be fine and will last longer if they are still in bud but she hasn’t mentioned them since and I don’t like to ask.”

“They were very pretty but there wasn't very many,don't go by the picture when ordering in the picture it looks like you get a nice bunch but when they came it wasn't very many so was a bit disappointed, will not be ordering again from here”

“flowers were nice but the bouquet was a lot smaller than expected seeing the online photo so felt it was slightly misleading. they have lasted a while though so that’s good and delivered on time l.”

“Roses were more purple than pink and I was underwhelmed from photo to reality. One rose died within about 3 days (we did follow instructions) and the rest looked past their best within about 5 days. Royal Mail delivered when the recipient was out, left flowers on doorstep not under cover in pouring rain. Would have been easy for them to walk 20steps and place under cover then leave a card.”

“having bought flowers from bunches for many years, it is the first time I've been disappointed with the quality, all the lilly stems were bent over and ruined, the rest of flowers were fine. Not the normal service.”
