Lacking the quality price and chocolates that used to be. There are other companies who now offer equally if not better value

I have used bunches on several occasions and have always been impressed with them. My last order was for a friend's birthday and should have arrived on the day itself but she received them 4 days late!!

Got for a present, delivery reliable however doesn't look like the photo and not what I was expecting. Over the days they bloomed a little but not enough to justify the money spent. Made the recipient happy however not sure if it was worth the money :)

Flowers are good quality which give pleasure. However, last time the order arrived a day earlier than ordered; time before three days late. Be careful!

I had received a bunches bouquet earlier in the year and was impressed but after viewing the photo the recipient sent me I was a little disappointed on how ordinary and a bit sparse it looked

Unfortunately, when they were delivered they were left outside by the delivery company on a very cold day & 5 hours later were not looking very well. Not really Bunches fault but did mean I can't really judge the flowers.

My daughter loves Freesias and these looked really lovely in the photo but to be honest I was quite disappointed when she sent me a photo of them the gypsophilia was very sparse and so we’re the freesias I know they arrive in bud but even when they opened they still looked sparse worst I have ever had from you.

Usually very happy with Bunches but on seeing the flowers I had ordered for a friend's birthday, I thought they looked quite sparse for what I had paid

The flower side worked perfectly, though I could not get a next-day delivery. Royal Mail were the delivery agent and their communication was poor so many hours passed before I had news of delivery. When Bunches used DPD communication was excellent

I don’t know what the flowers were like that I sent but my message wasn’t with them so they didn’t know they were from me and had to ask them in the end if they got them - annoying!

The Flowers were lovely but, because Bunches use Royal Mail, they were sadly delivered two days late!! Pigeon carrier would’ve been quicker. Bitterly disappointing service from Royal Mail. Bunches Customer Service were very apologetic and, in their defence, did offer to deliver another Bouquet but it didn’t seem worth the effort. My friend’s 60th had already been and gone.

After checking the tracking of the gift Royal Mail have advised us that they were unable to gain access to the property to deliver the gift and a further attempt was made the following day. Nicely packaged and delivered on the right day. The free birdseed was a nice touch. The flowers received were very good. My main criticism is that the overall amount of flowers felt a bit mean for the price paid.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image.
