“Apparently lovely flowers but sadly arrived a day late (and with no warning). For a 90th birthday so a real disappointment. Previous orders have been without fault but disappointed this time.”

“I’m sure they were lovely, we have had them before and we are always thrilled with the quality however this time they haven’t arrived at there destination, very disappointed it was an anniversary gift to a very sick relative… they kept telling us where they weren’t but not where they where….”

“Delivery and packaging were excellent.Quality of the flowers on this occasion were a little below par flowers were not as crisp as Rose's had a large amount of brown edges that didnt have the usual stunning effect”

“They were nice flowers, but I went to visit my bro a couple of days later and I was disappointed and felt embarrassed as it looked no where near the image on the website. The flowers were very minimal and just looked incomplete. Next time, I won’t try someplace new, and would order from my usual place which would’ve worked out to be cheaper.”

“This may be my fault but... Ordered valentines roses a few days early to make sure they came. Website said they came as buds so would last longer. What actually arrived where fully open and very mature roses. Nice ones. They actually started to look past their best come Valentine's Day. I had to rush out and buy okay and much cheaper roses to replace them. Perhaps next time I'll know they will arrive when Bunches say they will. Or bunches could send them as buds when they see the would. Either way, the experience wasn't entirely positive and was a little expensive for what we got.”

“All the flowers except one were in ok condition. I didn't think it was good value for money as they didn't last very long and the buds never opened well. Maybe pink roses are more fragile and my expectations were too high. That said, my previous order with Bunches was better.”

“Really good customer service and the selection of flowers ('Pearl Drop') made a lovely display. But only three stars because the freesia died after three days. Would try again though in case this was a one-off problem.”

“My recent order was great! Delivered on time and fresh beautiful flowers but this is not always the case, I’ve had and been sent some dodgy plants and flowers over time. Hence the 3 stars.”

“Flowers, carnation selection, card, candle and cake where ordered. Flowers delivered after five days and were already in full bloom. So obviously they didn't last very long. Have used Bunches quite a few times before, but may have to look around after this birthday present.”
