“I’ve bought several floral arrangements from Bunches over the past few years. On the whole they have been ok but the recent purchase was very disappointing. The flowers were a bit sad looking and were completely dead within 3 days. Leaving the package on a hot doorstep, in full sun probably didn’t help.”

“I’ve used Bunches on many occasions and always had a great experience, from ordering to the quality of flowers and delivery. However on this occasion the flowers were not up to the normal standard, only lasted two days before they had to be thrown out. Disappointed on this occasion.”

“I recently sent an order of birthday flowers to my daughter who in turn photographed them and sent me a Thank You photo. Although I was happy the flowers actually arrived on her birthday I was somewhat dismayed to see that virtually every bloom was already open and not sent it bud form, for longer life, as was advertised.”

“I was pleased with the ease of ordering and the flowers arriving when stated but my sister in law was disappointed with the flowers which were advertised as being delivered in bud when in fact some were already opening and one didn’t open at all.”

“I used Bunches for a few years....then due to illness did not..I found it very confusing coming back ....One order for Mrs Starr was send but she recieved 2 . One on the 15th and one on the the 16th..The other order was to be sent 30/06 for Miss Nicholson and she has already recieved it?? Please tell me where you or I went wrong. Both these orders were for friends in my list of people I sent flowers to in the past I found it difficult to get into their addresses... Gloria Russell”

“I was disappointed that I wasn't notified that flowers had been delivered. The recipient couldn't contact me. I emailed 3 days after requested delivery date to find out if the flowers had arrived at the requested address but was told that Bunches couldn't tell. They could only tell me the flowers had been despatched.”

“Have used Bunches regularly for the past 10 plus years and generally pleased with quality and delivery, however on this occasion the flowers, particularly the roses, had wilted and petals were curling and brown after only 5 days, really disappointed as they were to welcome my daughter and family to their new home! Have contacted Bunches but still no response, would think twice about using again, real shame!”

“I ordered some flowers for my mum she said they were lovely. On the downside they only lasted a couple of days which was disappointing as I ordered them for my parents as it was their 50th wedding anniversary. Not sure if I will use this company again.”

“The flowers were delightful according to the recipient. However, they were ordered on Friday for a BIRTHDAY on the next Monday and they were delivered a day after. Rather a shame and the only reason I have reviewed my opinion of Bunches.co.uk. I had been sent exactly the same thing for my own birthday and was utterly delighted as the surprise on the actual day was perfect!”
