The flowers were delivered to schedule and well packaged. The flowers delivered were slightly short of expectation compared to the brochure both in quality and quantity.

As advertised this delivery can take over a 1-2 day period and unfortunately unlike our courier delivery service is not 100% guaranteed to arrive on the day of your choice. Quick reliable delivery service with reportedly good quality flowers, BUT - my carefully honed message failed to be delivered with the flowers this time. Instead she had a blank card. Very disappointing. My friend guessed they were from me...

I ordered a bunch for my sister's birthday. I thought from the choice of bunches that they were white freesias with yellow tulips. When she sent me a photo they were yellow freesia with yellow tulips so not what I thought I had spent over £25 on. No contrasting colours. Very dissappointing.

Normally i wouldn't get to see the flowers as they go quiet a distance and the recipient's always say thank you by text and that they are 'nice'. But this last bunch i actually got to see as they were for my daughter who lives 10 miles away. She loved them but i was disappointed as they looked nothing like the picture. I think i will buy my next bunch from sainsbury which are a bigger bunch for a lot less money.

They’re cheap but I would like a delivery notice really otherwise I have no idea if they arrived!

Disappointed with the bouquet I ordered for my daughter’s birthday on 10 April. When I saw it at the weekend I was disappointed at the lack of flowers in it. She also had a supermarket bought bouquet on the table which had a much larger amount of flowers in it which cost £15.00.!! I have always used Bunches, but this time I was disappointed.

The flowers were apparently lovely, but I was disappointed that when ordered on Friday a.m. They did not arive until Monday by which time the people for whom theye were intended had gone away.

Ordered flowers from Bunches many times, have been very happy in the past, however the flowers ordered for my wife's recent birthday were not up to their usual standard, The carnations were already in full bloom and therefore did not last long and the freesias were wilting and had to be taken out the next day. Will probably use again as hopefully this is a one off disappointment.

Unfortunately last order wasn't too good . As friend was out on the day flowers arrived. I had wanted it to be a surprise. She went to the post office the next day to collect . As flowers not in any water , they were in very poor condition.

Due to a mistake on my part flowers were sent to the wrong address. Bunches contacted me to clarify. I responded. although I did not expect a refund/replacement it would have been nice to get an acknowledgement. I have since placed a second order

The flowers were lovely but weren't delivered in any water container. My recipient nearly didn't open them as her birthday wasn't till 31st March &they would have died.
