“The flowers were delivered in brilliant time. Slightly disappointed with the flowers - great sunflowers but only a few white stems between in contrast - did not feel it was value for money.”

“Order was not delivered on expected day despite being ordered well in time. Delivered the day after which Bunches told me was within their 97% target so not much sympathy there. Decent bunch for a reasonable price. I probably wouldn't use them again though - better local florists who are more reliable.”

“Flowers did not arrive on requested delivery date. Some of the flowers were passed there best. This is the 1st time that I’ve encountered a problem. Generally they are fine.”

“I was a bit disappointed when I saw the flowers I had sent. I had upgraded to a medium bunch, but it looked quite puny. The flowers were ok. I think I will use Marks and Spencers flowers in the future.”

“Flowers arrived early on delivery day which was great. Nicely arranged and packaged but the freshness of the flowers (particularly the roses) wasn't so good. Quite brown and wilted on outer petals. Slightly disappointed for the price. Sorry.”

“Bought the birthday set of flowers and a fruit cake for my mum's birthday and decided to add a happy birthday balloon to the order for £1.99. When the flowers were delivered on her birthday, which is such an excellent service, the flowers and cake were as expected but I was disappointed to see that the balloon said 'congratulations' and was about the same size as the flower. The balloon i ordered clearly said happy birthday on on the website, so this let the service down for me. My mum loved the flowers though, definitely would order from here again...just without any added extras.....”

“Second time I’ve used bunches now and the website is great and easy to use, first time ordering I got a lovely bunch delivered this time I wanted to order a bigger bunch and paid extra but on arrival they looked no bigger than the previous bunch I ordered, flowers are lovely but wanted them to be more”

“I am happy with the service that was provided, it was quick and easy. Unfortunately I fell into the 3% who don't receive their order the next day, meaning they were a day later than the occasion they were ordered for however this happens, maybe it should say a time frame for delivery rather than stating a specific delivery date. Most of the flowers were nice, and smelt good, although their were a couple that were clearly dying and dropped right down below the rest. Overall good service”

As you have already mentioned as advertised written underneath the calendar our free delivery service is not 100% guaranteed to arrive on the day of your choice and although your item was given 97% chance of arriving on the date requested at the time of dispatch we are unaware of which day between the two it will arrive on. Unfortunately Royal Mail will only provide us with the information that all our customers deliveries will take place between the advertised period between the time scale from 8am-6pm.
