“Great delivery but not worth the price!”

“The flowers didn't look as good as the picture online. Obviously on the web site they are professionally arranged and photographed but I don't think that fully accounts for the difference. There were about the same number of tulips but far fewer of the other flowers. I would have been disappointed if I'd paid full price but for the amount paid they were decent value. Delivery was fast and the quality of the flowers themselves was good so no complaints on that front. I suspect I will go elsewhere next time.”

“I purchased the mothers day spring bouquet last week, when it arrived I noticed the box it was in was leaking. After carefully removing the bouquet I noticed that the tub that the bouquet was sitting on was empty. Obviously in transit the box has fallen over. When I put the bouquet in a vase I could see some lovely pink roses and freesias. And a lot of foliage. Too much in fact. Next time I would pick something with less foliage and more flowers.”

“The receiver was happy with the flowers but because they were in bud they looked a bit sparse and battered - perhaps got a bit squashed in transit. Arrived on the day chosen and I am sure they will revive”

“Got a great promotional price for Mother's Day so that was great. Quick delivery on the day I wanted so all good there. However when it came to the quality of the flowers that was substandard hence the 3 stars. The normal retail for what I got was £35+ and I would not be happy at that price. Apart from that a decent service and will use again if I can find another discount, just a shame about the quality.”

“The flowers I got for my mum was fully open,. There was 1 little piece of green foliage and and the little tiny foliage that should of been white was brown. Nothing like the picture”

“I know that you say you cannot agree the normal royal mail delivery which I paid for I was disappointed as the delivery arrived a date late. If you need the deliver for a particular date you would be better paying for the courier delivery. The flowers seemed to be lovely but thought because I ordered them at least a week on advance I was upset with deliver.”

“My friend was happy with her birthday flowers. The only thing I have to say is that I expected she would get them on her birthday, but she got them the day after. If the website had told me they couldn’t deliver on that day I would have used another company to get them there on time.”

“It was my 1st time ordering from Bunches as recommended by a friend. Sadly at least 3 of the plant necks were snapped and had some plant leave rot at the bottom. Sad as I paid alot of money due to exchange rate from Canadian currency:(”

“Ordered the flowers early morning and chose next day option but was delivered 3 days later. They flowers had already started open up so lost some of the time of the flowers.”
