“I tried to submit the code and had difficulty doing that? I was told that the discount would show on the final page? But then I became confused 'going back and forward ' and so gave up!”

“Customer Services were very polite and helpful. Arrived on date requested.I was disappointed in the bouquet when my friend showed me the photo of it. I'd expected a much fuller bouquet for the money.”

“The flowers arrived a day late. I receive a message on the day that the flowers should have been delivered. It said the delivery property was not accessible, I really don't understand why. The flowers were delivered the following day with no problem and left in the porch”

“I am very disappointed at how long my order took to be delivered. The roses had already opened by the time my mum received her flowers which should have arrived by the 16th of May her birthday. She didn't receive them until the following week!!!”

“Usually I would say you are excellent as I have used you quite a few times. But this last bunch that I ordered seem to be very floppy when I saw the photo. They were sent to Ealing in London. The flowers were left on the door step apparently - possibly in full sun and not behind the hedge in the shade whii I ch is the normal ‘safe place’ for deliveries. So for the first time I was a little disappointed with your flowers.. As there were yellow roses in it , we know that roses flop very quickly. From the photo, there seemed to be a lot of greenery and not many flowers. So I am sorry that for the first time I can’t give you an excellent 5 points Kind regards Mary Beck”

“I was not very impressed when the flowers did not arrive the day I had requested. In spite of saying the flowers were with the Royal Mail the day before , they did not deliver the next day ( the appointed day) . The excuses given were extremely lame. I am not impressed at all”

“Wasn't really impressed with the flowers or lack of them to be honest , when my sister sent me the pics, I wasn't impressed at all , two days after her birthday I went over and took two more lots of flowers for her and ended up being cheaper”

“Normally great service but, my last order was to be delivered on the Sunday which was perfect and then they didn’t get delivered until the next day. So, where the flowers were kept I do not know - I paid full price for a service given by you but not upheld by you!!!!”

“I ordered Two Bottles of Wine from Bunches for my father for easter. The Lorry Driver was very apologetic at the late delivery and the damage of the box which made one of the bottles leak. The Chardonnay Bottle had Cracked. The Sauvignon Blanc Bottle was Fine. He explained very well that we should take a picture of the package to prove that it cracked. I was delighted with his attention to detail. My Father was annoyed as much as myself because of the price/the wines he likes - no delivery should ever be like that.”
