Disappointed with these, had this arrangement before and they were lovely. Looked very sparse this time and some buds never flowered. Complained but wasn't really satisfied with response.

I was disappointed when I received the photo of the flowers. It didn’t look like 20stems. The photo was the day after they were delivered. Just looked Like 2 colours

Recently purchased from you and was really dissatisfied by the bouquet of flowers delivered to my mum on her birthday, had multiple stems broken it was embarrassing so I had to go to the local Tesco’s to buy a much bigger bouquet for half the price. Really inconvenient. The additional add on was acceptable

ORDERED 11 DAY BEFORE. AND STILL ARRIVED A DAY LATE . NOT GOOD FOR A BIRTHDAY NO WOULD NOT USE AGAIN

I ordered the spring garden for my grandma's 70th birthday, have to say very disappointed, some we're drooping when i opened them, they lasted all of 5 days and some didn't even bloom they just died, although the chocolate cake i ordered with the flowers was delicious

I am quite disappointed with the flowers received by my mum. I didn’t expect too much for the price I paid but the actual website picture bore little resemblance to what was actually received. I appreciate the website picture was presumably the ‘large’ option, but I think the picture was misleading and I wish I had purchased elsewhere

Unfortunately the flowers recently delivered from me where either dead or damaged - there was still enough to enjoy them but my friend seemed a little disappointed as she mentioned it to me. I don’t think I’ve had any problems in the past. Always been happy with the quality. Just thought I’d feed this back

The flowers were delivered the day after the requested date and very late on in the day. By the time they were received the pot of water at the base of the bunch was bone dry and the flowers looked wilted and distressed. Luckily the recipient knew what to do and submerged the roses in water which revived them, even so they only lasted in full glory for five days and were disgarded yesterday after only six days since receiving them. Disappointed with the delay and Bunches and the courier which was the Royal Mail seem to blame each other. Will think again before purchasing from bunches for a specific date.

We ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday well in advance. Royal mail's tracking system showed them in Sheffield (where she lives) on her birthday but then inexplicably they were in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire! It wasn't until the next day that they were returned to Sheffield and delivered at lunchtime. I called Bunches about 4pm on 26 Jan and explained the situation and gave the order number 9572084. The lady I spoke too was very offhand saying they couldn't guarantee delivery on the day and seemed to fail to understand why I wasn't happy they had gone on this unnecessary journey. Perhaps she had had a difficult day. I rang because I thought they might be interested to know they went astray and perhaps see if this was a regular occurrence. Obviously not interested.

Delivered when it said it would be (that's the 2 stars) Much more expensive that usual florist could cope with that if they were good but the flowers died after 2 days

Ordered online flowers for a birthday I did choose the free post as I am in the same area and we have had no problems with the post,ordered on 21 st to be delivered on 23rd, I received an email on 22nd to say they were on there way,waited all Saturday with nothing delivered,emailed twice got no reply ,tried to call but was on hold to an expensive line for ages thinking must not work weekends ,called Monday the 25 and eventually got a staff member who seemed disinterested,asked I call back and told me if it's free post its not guaranteed delivery date ,blamed covid although I stay local so there is no problems with royal mail in area (large office nearby) ,okay if your not bothered when the delivery date and not connecting them,in the plus side the flowers where nice and the chocs beautiful

Ordering was simple, nice range and nice price, however, the roses began to wilt after two days and the iris shortly after, basically the display was only in its prime for about 3 days. As I write we are 6 days on and it all looks pretty dead. Sorry maybe the flowers weren’t as fresh as they could have been. My wife had another display from M & S and they are still going.
