The actual product is always lovely and has delighted my friends who have received it. It would be nice to get either a text or email confirmation of delivery, thank you.

Good service and good value. Only thing I would say is an email confirmation to let me know that it hadn’t been delivered and has been redirected would of been good. Overall I will always order from bunches.

We ordered the large sunshine delight bouquet. The person we sent it to sent us a photo of the bouquet. A bit underwhelming.. didn’t look large or particularly pretty...

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. I ordered letter box flowers for a friend as a surprise but she wasn't in and they went back to the sorting office? She didn't manage to get them for a few days so they were a bit wilted by then. Not sure why they didn't post them. Other that this occasion I've never been disappointed

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you have been disappointed with your recent gift. I can confirm the bouquet ordered was not from our letterbox range and would therefore not go through a letterbox. The delivery policy is if the recipient is not available to accept the gift they are taken to the local depot after leaving a calling card. We do offer a 7 day freshness guarantee, if the flowers didn't pick up after being placed in water or didn't last, please do get in touch with us to let us know. Kind Regards - Bunches

I don't know what the flowers I ordered look like but they were delivered by the Royal Mail and left in the garden, without a note, so were not found by the recipients. My payment was refunded when I complained.

As a flowers by post company we do rely on Royal Mail to ensure our gifts are delivered safely a. Unfortunately, they have severely let us down on this occasion. My main concern regarding bunches is that they do not advise you if your flowers have been received . I have not heard from any my recipients of flowers if the flowers were satisfactory.

Whilst the delivery was on time some of the flowers and leaves had wilted and had to be thrown away.

Happy with the flowers. The delivery was not efficient. I paid extra for next day delivery. I informed my mum that they would be arriving on 11th April before 1.30pm. The expensive bouquet was left by the main door which serves 2 apartments ... the delivery company did Not even press the Intercom to say they had been left there. They should have been delivered to the Apt address ...They were found at 3.30pm when my mum was leaving the apartment. Not good enough.

The receiver thanked us for the flowers, but having not seen the flowers delivered I have no idea of bunch size or quality. Ordering was easy and simple.

Ordered Orchids, however approx 3 stems were a little droopy but over all the 15 stems were ok, i did complain and they kindly discounted my order. Based on the fact that they listened to my complaint and dealt with it efficentley i would use again.

For the price paid it was a seriously underwhelming bunch of flowers, can get a lot nice elsewhere for half the price. Was a bit embarrassed when my mum send a picture of what she had received. They seem to have lasted though

HI Guys, the fowers arrived the next day and cut the stems as suggested Unfortulatly over 40% didnt open only 20% of the bunch open fully after 5 days and there no smell from the carnations which was the main reason for ordering the flowers the ones that did finally open look great

I was disappointed with the flowers for my Mum however in the past orders i I have been happy. Maybe the picture I looked at was not what I imagined
