The flowers arrived quickly but unfortunately weren’t the best quality and died quickly

Received in bud and flowers have just started to open, looking beautiful now but, delivered a day late for my birthday and my sister being told that they were declined on the day which they were not being as they had never been delivered. Only live in Newstead myself they could have been hand delivered. I have used them myself and was very satisfied, will use them again.

We have used Bunches a few times now but these roses did not match up to the usual high standard, the buds failed to open and after 4 days they just sat there and looked sad.

Usually the flowers last for quite a while however this time I bought them they barely lasted 7 days and started to wilt after about 3 which was disappointing as all the other bunches I bought lasted a lot longer!

The flowers are lovely The ordering system is sometimes hard to follow as I tried to order more flowers & the messages got mixed up on each order? Then I tried to change the delivery address but was unable to?

Flowers looked much nicer in your picture than in the flesh. Wouldn’t use again.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. This is the first time with an order from Bunches via post that they arrived late. Booked to arrive on Saturday - expected Monday at the latest but they didn't arrive until Tuesday. I know that it is not Bunches fault but it is important to know that the Post Office is not as reliable as it should be.

Was able to see flowers day after they arrived. My daughter-in-law said she had to throw some away as they were brown. The flowers didnt seem to be as fresh as I thought they would be so I was disappointed as they were for her 40th birthday.

Easy to order & good selection. I paid for courier service to ensure delivery. If I had known this would be Royal Mail I wouldn’t have ordered. The recipient who is elderly didn’t have time to get to the door & so didn’t receive her flowers /cake/ balloon & card until the day after her birthday.

Delivery on time. However, the bouquet itself looked a little "tired" Some of the roses were quite dry on the edges and clearly passed their best. Unfortunately not the quality I'd hoped for.

Bought these flowers for my mum for mother's day. She was delighted with them, saying how big they were, and liked the pink gypsophila that came with them. She did say they were open when she received them. I saw them 5 days later and she had already discarded a couple of them, as they had gone over. I know from sending her flowers from previous companies that carnations can often last three weeks or more so was disappointed for her because of that. By the time I left 5 days later she had discarded over two thirds of them and in my opinion that was not good value for money. I would have preferred that she had received the flowers just opening (as with other companies I have used) rather than in full bloom so she could appreciate them for longer.

Pretty happy with the service, the flowers were beautiful but I was a little disappointed that they were wrapped in plastic that’s either going to end up in landfill or in our oceans whilst on the website it says that they want to manage their impact on the environment. I think it would be awesome if they could figure out a way to change their packaging. :)

Mum said her flowers were squashed and nearly dead when they arrived. She put them straight in water and they picked up but the 3 biggest flowers were damaged and only lasted a couple of days.

I have ordered a few times and have been very happy with the flowers. The last ones I received, freesia and iris were not very good. The freesias we already open and most of the iris stems failed to open.

I have ordered from Bunches many times and normally very good, flowers and delivery, but this time when they arrived at my mother in laws they were very limp, and in need of water quickly, she said most flowers by post have damp tissue at the bottom to keep them fresh, these did not, hope it was just a blip.

Royal Mail delivered the flowers but didn't bother to knock on the front door - just left the flowers in the box outside and didn't post a note through the door so the flowers which should have been delivered on the Thursday weren't discovered until the Sunday.

I have used Bunches quite a few times and they are usually good but I had problems last time, to be fair they dealt with it well but not perfectly. This time the carnations I ordered were in bud when they arrived on the Thursday and were brown around the edges by Sunday, not the usual Bunches quality. Maybe it’s the time of year! I did not complain as they remained alive just rather under par! Did really dislike the pink Gypsophilia though, stick to white please!
