Ordered carnations and gypsophila only sent carnations. Always used bunches to send to my mum never a problem. Bit disapointed this time.

I received a beautiful picture of my friend who I sent your pink azalea 🌺 in a silver cup to for her 70th Birthday 🎂.She was so Thrilled by it and I can forward the picture if you would like to use it for advertising.I was also delighted that it arrived a day early.Thank you very much

The flowers are nicely done and usually arrive if you order by post. I don't order extras any more because more than once in the past they haven't been included,

First time slightly disappointed by delivery - mixture of carnations arrived 18 May, guaranteed 14 days. Cared for these as usual but the yellow ones quickly went sad and started to go brown. Pink ones OK pro tem, hoping will last the week with attention. Still recommend as never happened before.

The flowers arrived late and were forwarded to a Post Office collection point where they were collected by the recipient a few days later (she works full time). This was disappointing considering I had ordered the flowers in plenty of time with a nominated day of delivery and Bunches should have posted with this nominated day in mind. Next and M&S flowers can do it - why can't Bunches? I believe the flowers were wilted when picked up but recovered once put in water.

We do recommend that an upgraded courier service is selected if a guaranteed date is required. We are please to hear however that the flowers flourished once in water. I bought the flowers for a relative to say thank you - she commented that they were quite dehydrated on arrival.

In the past I've been very happy, prices are reasonable and flowers have always arrived on time even when I've left it to the last minute to order, quality too has always been good. On a recent order though there should have been flowers and chocolates, flowers arrived, chocolates nowhere to be seen... I contacted Customer support through their website and received no response, and no chocolates... So when things go ok then very happy but when there is an issue Customer Support seems to be none existent so can only rate 3*

The flowers were beautiful and my mum loved them. However, there was a problem with the delivery. The flowers were guaranteed to be delivered on Sunday however they did not turn up til the following day. My mum waited in all day for them with no explanation. The company did offer a £10 refund for the inconvenience.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Ordered on Wednesday evening flowers ddnt arrive until the Monday in a bit of a sad wilted state. Didn't select to pay postage for guaranteed next day delivery as it stated 95% chance of next day. I've sed bunches previously without this being an issue. In future I'll pay the delivery as good value for lovely 💐

Friend did not receive flowers till the Thursday; I actually ordered them to arrive on the Wednesday. Would like to think if l ordered again they would arrive on day requested.

Lovely flowers but I don't think the bunch was delivered in the time window specified and I paid extra for that!

Unfortunately the flowers, which were for an 80th birthday, were not received in a good condition. Very disappointing.

The quality is very much reduced The flowers don't last as long in previous years I will not be orderering in the future

Received on date chosen and well packaged. Flowers were for my daughters 30 Birthday, I chose Lilac Dream gift bag as it looked very pretty. My daughter sent a pic and I was a little disappointed as looked to be more white chrysanthemums then anything else (and this was not because all else was in bud). The other choice flowers were in there but the assembly of the bunch just looked rather rushed perhaps and certainly didn’t look like the beautiful bunch displayed that made my decision to choose them. Anyway of course my daughter loved them all the same and the disappointment was all mine.
