Bought flowers for mothers day, mum loved them and sent me photos. I was a little disappointed to see the bouquet was a lot smaller /less flowers than the picture on the website showed. Mum loved them so that's what matters most.

Having not seen the flowers I cannot comment but was disappointed that the flowers were delivered 2 days before the date I had requested.

I was a little disappointed with them this time they usually last a good 2/3 weeks but they’ve only lasted just over a week

No problems in the past however on this occasion, the wrong card was enclosed with the flowers. The flowers were a little 'sad' looking and desperate for water, but after several days, started opening & looked more like those purchased.

I was a little disappointed with the photos the recipients sent me, there didn't appear to be as many flowers in the actual bouquets as were shown in the photos online. (The recipients didn't complain, but they hadn't seen the online photos!)

Flowers are ok, a couple came out of the box broken and they only lasted a week even with extra food.

Flowers arrived a day late, which was disappointing as I had ordered them to arrive on Mother's Day as a gift for my mother. However, they did arrive the following day in excellent condition and were beautiful and great quality. UPDATE Hey sorry this is a little slow in coming, but I've since found out that the flowers actually did arrive on time, but they were delivered to a hotel and apparently didn't then get to the recipient guest until a day after. Apologies for the misunderstanding - it all worked out OK though as they arrived the day she left so she was able to take them with her in the box and they stayed fresh til she got home :)

The flowers were absolutely beautiful but they were delivered to the wrong address. The courier sent me a photo of the package left at an entirely unrelated front door on the same street.... Luckily my sister was able to track them down and rescue them

Poor quality of first bunch paid for, a replacement bunch was sent promptly however I am disappointed that it happened in the first place so unlikely to reorder.

Sent to my mother for mothers day. She said they were not as nice as I've sent her before (I use different eflorists) and did not last as long as they should. She enjoyed the cake though. I have used you before so I am disappointed - maybe it was mothers day busy?

I was disappointed that my mother received sub standard flowers for Mothering Sunday and that unbeknown to me she had to make a complaint. However, I understand since, that she was sent some more flowers after this and they have been lovely. So thank you for resolving this.

Ordered for Mother's Day on Wednesday 27th March. Asked for delivery on Saturday 30th but flowers were delivered on Thursday 28th March. Although I later noted on the small print that flowers may be delivered a day earlier than requested, they arrived 2 days early, i.e a full 3 days before Mother's Day. Disappointing.

The flowers looked nice but not as nice as the website and they died after a week. The delivery driver left them outside my front door on the floor even though people were home.

Whichever florist you used in or around St Ives, Cornwall has not done your name any good. The bouquet looked nothing like the advertised bouquet. Yes there looked to be the right amount of tulips. But there was next to nothing to fill in between the tulips. It just looked very sad. May I recommend a new florist, Petalys. Check them out on Instagram. Would have used them but they have only just this week started trading.

Flowers arrived a bit dehydrated and took a few days to come right. Quite disappointing, as this usually isn't the case with bunches.
