The flowers arrived quick enough but the flowers were a bit worse for wear and my mum had to bin some. Not sure if this is a courier isdue or source problem. The flower that survived have since picked up within a day and look good now. Sorry for this review but its the truth.

As far as I know. I ordered 2 bunches of flowers a I was going to be away from home. Apparently, there was a problem with the address. Phone messages left on my home phone were no use as I was away from home. There has been no further communication from Bunches. Feeling disappointed and let down.

flowers were notleft with a neighbour as per instructions, but were returned to the sorting office for 24 hrs, By the time the recipient finally got them one flower was dead and the rest were wilting , very disappointed.

The order that I placed to send flowers to my sister in law for Christmas. We're not up to your standard. I have been ordering flowers from you for the past few years,but on the flowers delivered I will not be doing any more orders with you.

I have purchased flowers from bunches for many years. But the last two years that i bought Roses for my wifes Birthday. The roses were dead after 3 days. My wife was very disappointed that this happened this year again. I will purchase from another suppler in the future as i expect a better service from an established florist. Joe Armstrong

Although both recipients of the flowers I ordered were delighted with flowers. I was extremely disappointed by the chocolates I paid for as extra. These were in 3 small boxes not 1 box which is shown online. I contacted customer service who did investigate but then advised the correct chocolates had been delivered. Would not use this company again.

We sent a birthday bunch to an elderly aunt who was 80 and opted for the . Presumably, her carer son unpacked and placed these in a vase. When we visited a week later, it was a lovely mix of colours, but they looked sparse and sad, not a bit like the bunch in the photo, especially compared to other sprays she had received. Very disappointing and really quite embarrassing. I don't know how exactly how they are sent - there are two pictures, one bunched and one in a long spray, I assume the latter, in which case it might help if they are tied in a bunch, with a bow, with strict instructions to cut the stems to a given length and place in a vase of recommended size - this would at least have made a pretty, if small bunch. The balloon was tiny. For @26.97, we did not think that this was value for money.

The flowers were okay and the chocolates and balloon etc. however my issue is with the delivery service. I received no tracking email to track where the flowers were which caused a bit of panic for myself. I was told i would be given a hour delivery window and when i called in I was told the flowers were delivered at 11.30 or something however my partner received them at 1 o'clock. It was meant to be a surprise and obviously it did not manage to be as smooth as I normally have it with other suppliers. hence why i could not give you a normal rating because it was not normal for me. I would like to say i would use you again but that would be lying as I may prefer to use others with better service and value for money.

In looking into this further, I see that you chose our 'before 1pm' guaranteed service and the delivery was signed for at your recipients place of work on the chosen day at 11.51am. Our courier partner does provide a time window for delivery and whilst they make every effort to achieve delivery in that window, there are times when delivery falls outside of the window, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas. I'm sorry if the original time window stated was not met on this occasion but pleased that to see that delivery was made before 1pm. I do hope that once received, your partner enjoyed the gifts. I ordered the Oriental Orchids for myself as I wanted to see what they were like having ordered them in the past for friends and family. However, I am very disappointed with the quality and longevity of the flowers. When the arrived 4 buds had already broken off and were in the box and 3 more fell off when I lifted them out. I separated them into 2 vases. Despite following the instructions the flowers in one vase started to deteriorate within 24 hours and after 3 days were looking a sorry sight. The flowers in the other vase however are in much better condition and still looking fresh. Buds continue to fall off to the extent that 2 stems are bare. I was hoping they would look good over the whole holiday period but that has not been the case hence my disappointment. I think I will need to rethink my choice of flowers in future.

The flowers looked nothing like the pictures. Please be sure to up your order. They don't come in a vase as shown either. I was embarrassed. I would've paid extra if I had known. I'm very disappointed.

Many of our bouquets, including the one you ordered, are despatched with the flowers still in bud so when an arrangement arrives it will look slightly smaller compared to the pictures on our website; this is to ensure a maximum vase life and to limit damage during transit. If the stems are placed in luke warm water, it will encourage the buds to open and the bouquet will look a fuller size. flowers took several days to arrive which was not at all clear when ordering them. I ended up asking my daughter if she'd received them yet,spoiling the surprise.When they did finally arrive, they were very limp & disappointing looking,even allowing for the fact that they were all in bud. Sorry, but I'll not be using your service again.

I felt that the product was misleading. The pictures gave the impression of a formal display as there was a description of a Christmas cake. A two inch square (that is being generous) being described as a cake is just ridiculous and embarrassing. It was priced at £21.99 ! For that I thought there would be significantly more. Is that why it is not being advertised anymore? I feel very harshly done by. I would be interested in your comments.

Thank you for your comments Amy. I'm sorry to hear that you felt the flower and cake gift you ordered was misleading. We do try to provide as much clear information about our products as possible but on this occasion we don't appear to have got it right. I have spoken to our Marketing team and whilst the product description on our web page referred to a "miniature" cake, they will make sure that this information is presented as clearly as possible when the product is next available. This product is now no longer available as it has sold out - it has been one of our best selling Christmas products. I hope this information helps and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Have always, in the past been more than happy with Bunches. This time oh dear ordered the flowers to be delivered on 18th understanding theycould be maybe a day late they were delivered on 21st! My friend sent me a message with a picture of the flowers which in no way matched the bouquet I ordered all in all a great disappointment .

Online order was very easy however the flowers were a real dissapointment. Tiny bucnch I couldbhave got from a petrol station for a fiver! Crammed in the box too!

Thank you for your comment Karen. I'm sorry to hear that your flowers arrived later than you expected. I have just looked into your order further and can see that your gift was sent using our free Royal Mail First Class Post service which usually takes between 1-2 days to arrive from despatch. We do have guaranteed services available where a specific delivery date is required. The First Class Post service usually achieves over 95% of deliveries next day but there are occasions, particularly during peak mailing periods such as Christmas, where this level is not always reached. I hope this information helps and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Having seen the flowers that had been sent to my sister on her 60th birthday. I was disappointed with the flowers and felt there was more gypsophila than flowers. I have used your company before but would have second thoughts about using you again.

Delivered at the right time & day, but extremely disappointed with the quality of the flowers. They drooped the next day & were dead 3 days later.
