Delivery was on time and the flowers I ordered were fine I think but the Xmas plant arrangement was poorly put together and the cyclamen was already dying so had to be replaced. I'm sorry because I have always been pleased before.

I've been ordering from Bunches for a few years and always been reasonably happy. This year I ordered a Chrstmas bouquet for both my mum and mother in law and was a bit disappointed. Very few carnations and just generally lacking all over.

I bought this plant as a christmas present for my sister and she phoned to tell me that the flowers on the azalia plant were going brown and falling off, I was disappointed by this.

I paid over £50 for a bouquet of flowers only to find the red roses in the bouquet were not looking smart and nice. This made me think that I had been riped off, as £50+ is well over priced for poor quality flowers

The flowers were half dead and bedraggled !! Not worth the money. will never buy from bunches again.

Flowers delivered looked nothing like those pictured and the recipient had to actually add flowers bought elsewhere to make them look ok. It looked like the flowers had been crammed into the packaging without much thought over how they would look upon arrival

Thank you for your comments Mark. I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with the flowers you ordered. The bouquet ordered is despatched with the flowers still in bud so when the arrangement arrives it will look smaller than the image displayed on our website; this is to ensure a maximum vase life and to limit damage during transit. If the stems are placed in luke warm water, it will encourage the buds to open and the bouquet will look a fuller size. the order I placed on the 14th December for delivery on 23rd December was not delivered on time not even checked by your company if had been delivered on time. So what good was it for me to send a christmas present to a friend in England when I could have sent original Italian sweets paid less and made sure they arrived the day requested. Moreover, I wrote various emails, with no response, and called only to hear a recording saying everyone was on holiday until the morning of the 29th.Is this professional????No immediate answer to a customers inquiry and no answer phone to leave a message. It has been very disappointing and I will not be placing orders with your company anymore.Your products look good but if you cannot provide punctual deliveries it really is not worth anything, is it. I did not expect this from an English company even if it was a busy period my order had been placed well in advance.

I ordered flowers for my cousin's birthday.They arrived a day later than asked for and were half dead.I was very disappointed and so was she!

Have used you before and the flowers delivered were beautiful hence another order for my mum xmas eve. I have since seen them but were no where as good as the previous order. They looked lovely on line but i was a bit disappointed. Regards Karen

I ordered three lot of amaryllis two got to the right recipients the other was sent to Scotland, the two that received there's told me that they were half dead when they arrived. I have used Bunches before and never had any complaints I was always happy with what was sent. I was very disappointed with what was sent this time. I can only put this down to Christmas.

I have used Bunches numerous times and always been pleased with the service and quality however, this time was the first time I was very disappointed with the quality and value for money. I ordered tulips which were all open and nearly at the end of their life when they arrived and the £18 I paid I since found out I could have got the same amount of flowers and a lot fresher for a fraction of the price so I think in future that is what I will do.

I have used bunches before with no problem and great service, but on the last occasion, they delivered on time but the wrong card was sent birthday instead of xmas, plus the message on the card made no relevance to the person to whom it was sent. whooooops!

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers at xmas and one bunch was beautiful but the bunch I sent to my sister was very poor indeed and she had to add extra flowers to it to make a decent bunch very disappointing . Bunches need to speak to whoever sent them . I have regularly ordered the orchids and have never been disappointed in them .
