First of all, it arrived a day early, i.e. NOT on our daughters birthday, despite it having a delivery date of the 16th December plastered all over it! Secondly, the bouquet was nothing like the on-line picture. When we saw it I thought our daughter had split the flowers between two vases. We were very disappointed! Overall very poor.

Regarding size, the bouquet you ordered is despatched with the flowers still in bud so when the arrangement arrives it will look slightly smaller than the image displayed on our website; this is to ensure a maximum vase life and to limit damage during transit. If the stems are placed in luke warm water, it will encourage the buds to open and the bouquet will look a fuller size. Regarding delivery, I see your gift was sent using our free Royal Mail First Class Post service where unlike our guaranteed services, delivery takes between 1-2 days. I ordered the white Christmas flowers for my mum priced at £23.99 whilst the discount was in place, I saw them today ( Sunday 20th) since being delivered on Thursday 17th and I am not happy with them, looks nothing like the picture shown and looks like fewer flowers were sent, also in the picture it looks like there are another colour in the bunch if so not in the one sent. I have ordered from bunches before and have always been overcome because they have been so beautiful but not this time, I feel so let down, disappointed and upset with it.

Delivery contained half the flowers that there should have been, fortunately my mother told me the bunch was very small and sent a photo so I could complain, however not every recipient will realise this / say, perhaps this is what was hoped? I have used Bunches before so expected better. I am waiting for a refund (they offered either replacement or refund I took the refund as the safer option). A couple of year ago I was sent flowers from work during illness and these were poor, however the supplier both sent another, this time exemplary bouquet and refunded my work colleagues.

Guaranteed delivery which you pay £7.50 is an absolute joke. Would not recommend.

Ordered flowers on tuesday to be delivered wednesday the lady still hadnt recieved them friday so they will probably be dead on arrival

I have always been impressed with the flowers and the service in the past. But after receiving a photo of the Christmas bouquet that arrived at my sisters I was really disappointed. I was quite upset as I have sent 3 people the same flowers and only received a photo of one, I think this is because they are so bad. Sue Lambert

I've used bunches a few times in the past and ive always been happy but unfortunately my latest order for my sister's 50th birthday was a disappointment.Arrived a day early,but just generally of poor value compared to previous orders

I have just looked into your order further and can see that your gift was sent using our free Royal Mail First Class Post service where delivery takes between 1-2 days, unlike our guaranteed delivery services where a specific date can be chosen. When the First Class Post service is chosen, we send out gifts 2 days prior to a preferred delivery date to ensure that a special occasion is not missed. I required delivery on of the flowers on the 15th, allowing for a further 2 days as stated in the order, the post try to deliver it on the 14th and left a card as no one was available to take them. after phoning the post, they stated that they couldn't deliver for another 2 days, (ie the 16th). Flowers had no water or moisture to keep them fresh. I would not recommend flowers by post

Recently placed an order with this company and spent some time composing an accompanying note , only to discover when the flowers were delivered this was missing - left to the recipient to guess who had sent them. Very disappointed

Sorry to say that, once again, the flowers only lasted 3 days before wilting and petal drop. After giving them the benefit of the doubt I will no longer be using Bunches.

Disappointed as Flowers not delivered until Thursday , I was expecting them to get there Tuesday (or Wednesday at the latest ). All the items I have sent first class this week have arrived the next day

The majority of items sent using this service arrive next day although during busy periods such as Christmas, delivery may take longer. For future reference, we also offer a range of guaranteed delivery services where you can select a specific day for delivery of your gift. Your website states you send flowers out 1 or 2 days before the requested date so I chose a Tuesday delivery knowing you don't/can't send flowers out on a Sunday so it would therefore be Monday you posted them. I wanted to avoid them sitting in a sorting office going no-where over the weekend and deprived of water. However you clearly sent them out on Saturday (if not Friday) as they arrived on Monday and so were delayed in their arrival as were in the post for at least 3 days which is longer than you state on your website. This is not acceptable. It shortens the life of the flowers and takes them longer to revive once put into water. On this occasion service was poor. Normally I have been happy but not on this occasion.

Flowers arrived a day early, even though I specified 15th December for delivery, when I spoke to customer service, they were abrupt and didn't even apologise. Apparently the flowers were lovely, but the surprise was ruined and follow- up service was poor

Was very disappointed with flowers gift sent to my wife . They definitely fell short of the standard expected . I had been recommended by my daughter earlier in the year when she had sent flowers . I had picked out the most expensive bunch, but the overall impression was poor. Delivery was very quick, but that was the only good point. Will go back to M and S in future.

I'm very disappointed I sent two bunches of flowers the ones to combe Martin were lovely but the ones to my mum in Plymouth were half dead n some were just stalks. This has happened twice when I've sent flowers to my mum in Plymouth I was in tears as I don't see my mum that much and wanted to surprise mum instead she had to contact you twice now. Thank you for my refund but I feel I can't use you again to avoid disappointment to what should be a special gift
