Ordered flowers and chose next day delivery. Delivery went smoothly and did arrive the next day. The flowers on the other hand came half wilted and on their way to dying already. Very disappointed and got throw out that same day! I would of not liked to see the state of those flowers if they had been delivered via standard delivery!

Usually one sends flowers and does not get to see them. Last week, by chance I saw flowers I ordered, I saw one of two arrangements. I was not very impressed, they were several days old, but there were so few flowers and they did not look very good. I compared them to flowers I buy in M & S or Waitrose for the same amount and they were not up to their standard. I was disappointed.

The flowers were lovely. However they arrived 24 hours too late for the recipients birthday. Not impressed.

We cannot guarantee any specific dates unless the courier is paid for. We do ask a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date if possible, so that a special occasion is not missed. This is explained when choosing your delivery date on the calendar, throughout our website and on your order confirmation. I hope this information helps and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have normally been very satisfied with the service from bunches.My last order however not quite so.I ordered a bouquet of flowers on Friday 4th December to be delivered on Monday 7th but it was delivered on Saturday 5th .I requested the Monday delivery for a specific reason as I knew my friends would be back home.luckily some one had called in at their house and took delivery of the flowers otherwise where would they have ended up

No card or chocolates with flowers. Ordered a bunch form elegance range and bouquet contained 8 open flowers - far less than the pictures suggest. Usually very good so hoping it was a one off!

I can see that you have chosen one of our Elegance bouquet's, these particular arrangements are sent with flowers open and unopened to give the recipient the wow factor on arrival. With regards to the free chocolates unfortunatley these are not available with Elegance flowers, however the card should have been included. The bunch of flowers where very small delivery was a day early the ballon was quite small but they enjoyed the chocolates!!

I was disappointed - the flowers delivered were nothing like those shown on the website. The company is called Bunches and that was exactly what was delivered with a small box of chocolates.

The christmas flower's we sent to our sister inlaw was nothing like the flower's we picked off your web site ,i'v only seen them from a picture she sent me don't think they look value for monny to me ,i will say everything els was good Mrs S Morris

The flowers I ordered for my mothers 60th birthday were delivered the day before the selected delivery date which is a positive. However I was disappointed with the actual flowers themselves and didn't think the advertised photo matched what we got, and the price I paid. I thought I'd try a different flower delivery company to my usual one needless to say I will be going back to the original company I used.

Over priced and poor quality flowers. Not dispatched in water as competitors.. Not a particularly good experience and customer services full of excuses but no action.. Would not recommend

I will never use your service again as the two bouquets of flowers that i recently ordered from yourself were very small and not many stems and for the amount that i paid i expected better. I have been a loyal customer over the last two years but im afraid i will be using another company in the future for all of my orders.

Was quite dissapointed as I ordered these for my sister , when I visited I was not impressed with the freshness , they looked tired , I have used bunches for few years but usually sent to friends I rarely see , so question the quality ? This has made me wonder if I will use your website again .
