“I ordered a bouquet to be sent for Mother’s Day to be delivered on the Saturday, I didn’t see the small print that it may be delivered earlier. The delivery was missed and the flowers were sat in the sorting office with no water. 5days later the majority of £45 bouquet is wilting or dead. Very disappointed!”

“I was not happy with my order. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day a week in advance (I am in a different country so wanted to make sure the flowers arrived on time) - they were not delivered on the specified date and when they were delivered the following day the quality of the flowers was very poor. Extremely disappointed and won't be using again undoubtedly :(”

“I paid £18 on discount(originally £26) for flowers for Mother’s Day that wasn’t even worth £5, they looked like they were dying already and not many in the box. I was truly disappointed and would never order again.”

“Flowers arrive one day late as at Carlisle depot overnight. Flowers delivered to my mum the day after Mother’s Day and were dehydrated and did not look good. Very disappointing.”

“Not happy with Bunches. My first experience wasn't a successful one. I spent over £80 on Mothering Sunday flowers and none of them were received by their respective recipients. I have been up and down pleading for some kind of compensation and or future delivery but the enquiry is ongoing. I am not confident that I will come out the winner. So I can definitely say my first experience with Bunches was a 'blooming' let down. Kind Regards Glemma Jeremiah Frustrated From Fulham”

“Ordered what looks on your web page a large bouquet of freesia’s for my mum on Mother’s Day. Paid £29.99 for a very small bunch of freesia that arrived by post. Disappointing is the word that best describes my order. Will certainly not be buying from you again, complete false advertisement”

“Although my Mother’s Day flowers arrived on time, I was very disappointed with the quality. Having ordered a large bouquet I received no more than 8-10 flowers. An overall embarrassing and underwhelming experience. I will not be ordering again.”
