“Will never use this company again ! The flowers that were sent for a friend’s birthday were the smallest bunch I ever seen, what a waste of money. When I complained they made stupid excuses asking me to count the stems or they must be in bud ( which they weren’t) even though I sent a picture of the tiny display. Very disappointed”

“It would appear I had a wrong address for the flowers that I ordered for an old friend several hundred miles away. When I discovered they were to be returned to sender “Bunches,’ I called and asked them to send them to me. They said it wasn’t possible since it might take a week or more and I would need to pay postage £4.95 or whatever. I agreed. Alternatively I could have a 25@ discount on my next order. (One of my last orders went to the wrong address.) I’m still awaiting the promised delivery of the old flowers.”

Unfortunately when a gift is returned to us this can take Royal Mail up to 21 days to return. As the gift was of a perishable nature we are unable to send the returned product once this has arrive back to our warehouse. “Ordered Valentines flowers over a week in advance and they failed to deliver on time. When the flowers arrived they were not in particularly good condition and were looking worse for wear/wilted within 5 days - usually florist flowers last 2/3 weeks. Disappointed but appreciate its a busy time for them.”

“I sent.the flowers to a neighbour and therefore saw them when I went for coffee. They were very disappointing! Some flowers were wilting and the bunch looked sparse.I felt very embarrassed!”
