I paid for large. I visited my parents and saw the flowers which were a very poor representation of the beautiful bouquet on the website. I was embarrassed and very disappointed. I won’t be buying from Bunches again.

Flowers came half dead already, flowers head's were hanging over. Leaflet said put them in lukewarm water to stop them dropping but nothing happened. Looked nothing like they do in the photo. Wasted my money

I ordered a bunch of flowers and birthday chocolates to be sent to my sister in law for her birthday. Unfortunately these were not delivered to her on her birthday as I received an email stating the delivery had failed despite her being home at the time of the attempted delivery, failing to deliver the flowers I would of thought they would have left them with a neighbour however this was not the case. Her birthday was on a Friday and therefore I was unable to arrange redelivery of the flowers until the Monday. When the flowers did arrive late (6ish) on Monday they had no water and were dead. I am very disappointed with the service and quality of the product from this company and will not be ordering from them again.

The flowers I ordered for a wedding anniversary were good value and a good standard. I also purchased an anniversary card gave the day I required it and ordered some 8 days previously. The card didn’t arrive on time in fact it arrived two days after the required date. I contacted customer services and they showed little or no concern although very respectful. I doubt whether I’ll use bunches again

Customer service is condescending, they were as helpful as a chocolate teapot. The tracking didn’t work all day so it wasn’t possible to get an ETA for delivery and customer service blamed me for the flowers being sent back to the depot. They didn’t take any ownership of the problem and didn’t bother to follow up with Royal Mail despite my request. When the flowers were retrieved, they resembled the last flowers available at a petrol station, except for the price tag. I was embarrassed to send them as a gift and will never use bunches.co.uk again.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you have been unhappy with our services. Unfortuatnley the day you contacted us Royal Mails tracking system had gone down. We do advise on our website that our dleiveries take place between 8am-6pm, any ETA thatRoyal Mail provide is not a guranteed delivery slot and only an estimate. As no one was available when the deilvery was attempted the gift was taken back to the depot after a calling card was left for the reciepint to collect or rearrange delivery. I've placed an order to surprise my friend and due to a mistake in the delivery address, the order could not be delivered. Customer Service is asking me to place the order again, giving me a 25% discount code (I have to call a number to receive it) and place another order. I'm very frustrated by the lack of compassion, it was a genuine mistake, now I paid for a product that will never be delivered and a partial refund is not even taken into consideration. Good profit for them, bad experience for me! Be aware when ordering from Bunches.co.uk, they are not helpful and on the client side.

I ordered a bunch for my daughter as I was unable to be with her on her birthday and the picture looked really full with blooms but what was actually delivered was nothing like it … wouldn’t recommend again I contacted them to say I was disappointed but didn’t get a reply other than that they would investigate … shame on them

I was very disappointed that the flowers I sent for a friends birthday sat nearly 2 days in the sorting office I understand it’s a delivery issue but when I phoned customer service to cancel the flowers I was told I would not be refunded as they had been sent out when the flowers finally was received by my friend they were not in the best condition so I bought her some more I did not ring to complain after I was annoyed and upset with the previous response from customer service .

After revewing the order we can see that a delivery was attempted on time, however the recipient was not available to accept the gift. As a postal service if the reciepint is not available the gift is sent back to the deport where this can be collected or a delivery rearranged. Bouquet arrived as promised however it bore no resemblance to the advertised bouquet, would not use this supplier again, really disappointed was a suprise for daughter in law , but fell well short of expectations

Very disappointed, I have sent to other family members before but this was the first time I have seen what arrived. The stalks on the flowers were very short so the vase had to be so short they looked ridiculous. Some of the flowers were a bit brown and squashed. They even have any plant food. I could have got better flowers from a garage forecourt for a quarter of the price. I won't be using or recommending this company again. Lee

I have used bunches for years and I have been impressed until now, I ordered unicorn bliss flowers for my sisters birthday they arrived one flower stem dead, more chrysanthemums than anything else and one lilly, for the price I paid I'm disgusted and so was my sister I will not be using bunches anymore.

Very disappointed. I did get an initial offer but would rather have paid full price and received what I expected. I was embarrassed to see a photo on delivery of the gift I sent . Won’t use again.

Awful! Flowers look nothing like the pictures & some of the buds were damaged. When I complained & asked for refund they wouldn’t give it. Will not be using them again.

The order that was sent to Mrs Audrey Meers were very disappointing, Apparently the iris’s and roses didn’t open and fell off. As this was from our church to her on the loss. Of her husband. we are upset. Margaret Smailes
