I was disappointed with the flowers there were many more gypsophillia than i expected and only two freesias stems . Not what I had hoped for.

Bit disappointed when my Sister in Law sent me a photo, looked a bit sparse even though I had chosen the bigger bouquet plus gypsophilia, not sure I would order again.

I have been using Bunches for years, however, this last order delivered to a dear friend were actually embarrassing.

I am very disappointed with how small the bunch of flowers was, I had to go the supermarket and get 1 more bunch of flowers before giving them as a gift and also 1 stem was broken in half, could be better!

Mam was disappointed with the flowers received this Christmas. I have sent her flowers from Bunches every Christmas & Birthday for many years but she felt they were not up to the usual standard. Quality was not as good as the previous bunches received.

Not that impressed with the flowers received, I didn’t realise leaves were counted as part of the bouquet so a 12 stem only had 9 flowers. Just looked cheap unfortunately. Arrived a day later than booked as well

Only received 6 flowers not good value for the money I paid seems some were missing as there was a big space in the packaging Arrived late and most were withering parcel was left at door so didn't receive until next day

It pains me to write this review but I feel it is necessary. The past four orders I have placed there has been issues with the deliveries. I appreciate there are currently problems with the postal service but not being notified that the requested delivery date has not been made is unacceptable. I have been sending Bunches flowers for quite some time now and recommended to family and friends but will not be again unless the next order I make is much improved.

Paid for signed delivery but flowers left outside the front door in freezing weather resulting in them being out there all night. Who delivers flowers when its dark and leaves the flowers outside in temperatures of minus 4

Definitely not worth the money. Doesn’t even fill out a small vase. It’s so sparse. Had to buy more flowers just to make it look half decent. Got about 5 stems

I ordered flowers for a young lady who is a driver on the railway. Someone had committed suicide in front of her train and I wanted to let her know we were thinking of her. I ordered them Thursday for a next day delivery which she was told to look out for. They didn't arrive until the Saturday and unfortunately, she was out. The re-delivery options gave the following Tuesday as the next available date, by which time the flowers were in a sorry state. This was the second time that a "next day delivery" has been missed and has caused problems. I guess no good turn goes unpunished as they say.

Very disappointed with my order. NO GIFT CARD FOR THE RECIPIENT SO SHE WAS COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF THE SENDER. Flowers also not up to the mark.

I've bought several times and always been amazing flowers. This time when my daughter sent me a photo of what she recieved I was really disappointed! nothing like the photo. Looked like she'd had them already for a week or so. But photo was taken same day she recieved them.
