My recent order was great! Delivered on time and fresh beautiful flowers but this is not always the case, I’ve had and been sent some dodgy plants and flowers over time. Hence the 3 stars.

Flowers, carnation selection, card, candle and cake where ordered. Flowers delivered after five days and were already in full bloom. So obviously they didn't last very long. Have used Bunches quite a few times before, but may have to look around after this birthday present.

Order stated next day delivery but it took 3 days to be delivered to channel Isles. If I'd been notified that this would not be next day delivery but would take a few days more I would have reconsidered my decision to use your service. I chose you because I was sent flowers from you at Christmas & I was delighted with them as they lasted for 10 days. I've no idea how long my order survived & I don't want to ask as they were sent to brighten a friends day who had just received a cancer diagnosis.

I have been using Bunches for a few years now and have recommended them to friends and family, one of the things I liked was that the bouquets were nearly all flowers with minimum foliage, and was great value for money, however I purchased 3 Christmas bouquets and 2 anniversary ones and was very disappointed by how little flowers were in them, they were with much more foliage than ever, these were all in the £35 to £45 price range and I certainly expected more for my money.

Made an order for a £29 bunch of flowers it did have a £10 discount but very disappointed with the flowers my sister received they were a very Small bunch for the amount of money.wont be ordering again

I purchased the Picasso bouquet for my wife's birthday and was very pleased with the delivery (on the day requested, first thing in the morning) but I can't deny, for £45, having purchased the grande bouquet, it was considerably smaller than expected. Other firms, for £10 less, have consistently provided what I what consider a large bouquet to be but, for a special occasion, I think the bouquet was beautiful, tasteful but very underwhelming in impact and, in this case, felt more like a nice gesture to give my wife rather than the decadent present I'd hoped for.

I have been happily using Bunches for a number of years now, and have found the process straightforward, and the service good. However, this last occasion, the online procedure caused a lot of hassle (what has changed?) and it took me ages to "complete". In the event, I discovered that I had actually registered 2 orders! I spoke subsequently to the lady on the "Helpline" and, to the best of my knowledge, the correct order was processed.

Am not happy on this occasion , I did make a mistake in the order in that I asked for the delivery to be on 1st Feb. I immediately sent an email to correct the date to 25th January. I recd an email to say this wd be done but it wasn’t. My friend did receive the flowers the following day.

The flowers were nice but very disappointed with the fact no card so until we rang she did not know who they were from I had filled out the card to be enclosed.

Royal mail sent them to the wrong sorting office so they delivered 3 days late so the flowers were looking a bit sad by the time they got delivered

The flowers are beautiful and the hampers are good too.I have been very disappointed as the last 3 orders have not been delivered on the days I asked for them.The latest one being delivered on the Monday so was in a cardboard box without water for an extra 2 days.I'm a bit reluctant to order another bunch of flowers from you.It's very disappointing if for a birthday or anniversary gift.The 3 stars are for delivery,it would be 5 for quality .

Unfortunately the flowers arrived a bit squashed and when I was sent a photo of them was disappointed with the amount and quality of the blooms. I will not order from Bunches again as I don't consider their flowers to be value for money.

Arrived as expected with updates which was good. Flowers were OK not that wonderful, and much smaller than expected for the price. won't use again.

Was advised online my flowers would arrive on the sun.. which was the person's birthday. They didn't arrive until the Monday.
