Never again. I was embarrassed when the flowers turned up, especially as they looked nothing like what I had ordered.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. No feedback on different packages ordered. One order tracking doesnt help. Horrible quality of flowers , when requested refund / exchange there was no action or remorse

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you have been unhappy with our services. After looking into your review we can see that you provided an invalid address which led to a failed delivery. We understand this would have been upsetting, however when the flowers were returned to us they would not have been in a condition for them to be sent onto the correct address. Mi orden dd 28.10.2019 no se ha realizado. Las flores no han sido entregadas al destinatario Elisa Gonzalez Garcia. Bunches co dice que Mail no les ha devuelto las flores. Verificando la confirmacion orden figuraba Flat 1 en lugar de Flat 12.

I ordered flowers to be delivered In sympathy to be taken to a funeral as I was unable to attend and I confirmed availability at time of ordering. However, the flowers arrived a day late and when I phoned to enquire I was treated with complete indifference and offered no consideration or compensation therefore I would not recommend them and will not use them again

Great idea.Sadly, flowers are of a very poor quality and size was not worth the money. I guess you live and learn.. never again

I was very disappointed with what I received for the money I paid. The arrangement was poor and I could’ve quite frankly got them from a garage for a lot cheaper. I also ordered a cake where the label had come off, so therefore I could not give this to my family member. When I got in touch with customer services they just told me to wait for them to bloom and offered me another cake. My nan’s birthday has been and gone so that’s no good. They totally disregarded what I was saying and just kept saying that they need to bloom? Absolutely disgraceful.

Very disapointing due to a non delivery of floerrs which the order was placed in plenty of time to arrive on the selected date for a birthday.my first and last time buying from here.i uave not experienced this feom from any other company.very poor service here.

order was short of chocolates and Prosecco....plant was rubbish...spoiled the surprise ...they sent the gifts the next day...A lot of money paid for huge disappointment..will not be using this company again

This is from my Sister-In-Law angry about delievry person not bothering to ring th bell or knock, "Thank you for the flowers and the cake Terry, they're beautiful and that is so nice of you. Annoyed at who delivered them, I am still at home as its been hectic with deliveries and phone calls and Facebook pinging. I never heard anyone knock on my door and yet I heard the post lady, who taps lightly. I'm sure he's just got out of his vehicle and pushed the box between my car bumper and the garage door, he didn't even have the brains to take them round to the back door or the back of the house. I'm sure he just got out of the van and dumped them. Fortunately it's not raining! "

The delivery policy is if there is no answer at the door to returned the gift to the depot, however if they can find a safe place to deliver the gift they are able to leave on the property to avoid the recipient the inconvenience of having to collect them or re-arrange delivery. Very disappointed with the flowers I received, could have purchased a nicer bunch, or made a nicer bunch myself. These flowers were for my in-laws diamond wedding anniversary. Very disappointed will not be using you again!!

I received an e mail the evening before delivery saying they had changed my order to a bunch of flowers £7 less than ordered, and a refund of £2! would be made. After complaining I was awarded 5 posy points for inconvenience. My flowers and gift had not arrived by 8pm on the allotted day, intended for my daughter in law who has recently faced an aggressive illness I was very very disappointed and the response from customer service was appalling, I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and would warn others not to put any trust their false promises.

Second time I have received flowers from here, and was disgusted by the quality and condition on both occasions. Substituted foliage with grasses, blooms were bruised and broken, roses were cheap low-grade selection...I get better quality flowers from the cheaper supermarkets! I buy wholesale flowers regularly, and I estimate that what I received in a £30 box was approx £5- £6 worth of flowers. I have told my friend to stop using this site - other deliveries from comparable sites were far superior. I am giving one star, just because they arrived, albeit a day late! I expect more from an eflorist whose sole business is based on floristry alone.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday but she has not received them on the day. Other flower services I have used have not failed so I will go back to using them in the future. So disappointing.

Just received flowers for birthday. x3 flowers were dried up. This is because they are not sent with any water but just placed cardboard box. A bit disappointing. Didn't have the heart to tell my friend who sent them they were dried up.
