Very poor flowers were fora70th birthday and all dead before the end of day three the roses looked like they were brown as the heads came off the stem

Flowers died within a a couple of days. However, one quick email to customer services and the problem was resolved. So 1 for flowers but 5 for customer service.

Ordered letter box flowers for my mum (Ruby Jo) the following afternoon I get an e.mail to say due to an issue with the supplier they were unable to send the flowers I wanted and sent an alternative (Chelsea) I looked up the alternative and they were completely different. The ones I wanted were lovely and colourful, the ones they sent were white and cream, surely if you send an alternative you try to get as close to what was ordered. I e.mailed the customer services and they kindly refunded 50% of the cost which I was happy with until my mum sent me a picture of the flowers received and well to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. She has been on a flower course and knows how to arrange flowers but these still look awful! The leaves look as if they are going to die any day and there’s hardly any flowers compared to greenery! Luckily I had £10 off as it was my first order and with the £8.50 refund I’ve only paid £8.50 although I don't even think they’re worth that! Will never use this company again......

My friend sent me a bouquet for my birthday. 1 - didn't look anything like the picture she was so upset as spent quite a bit of money on it. 2/ the roses were half dead (only lasted 1 day) My friend asked for some kind of refund - not given and very bad customer service. If your reading reviews go elsewhere is my advice.

Paid for courier delivery and the flowers never arrived,leaving my best friend with no birthday present. Very disappointed. I have ordered from Bunches numerous times previously without any problems. emailed Bunches who were quick to respond, informing me that the courier had lost them! They offered redelivery or a refund and I chose the latter.

Money taken out paid extra for courier service flowers have not arrived no contact from bunches ruined a very special night won't be recommending

I have never ordered from them before they were on time however they were not like the picture at all. I do have pictures of what they should have looked like and what they actually look like but I won't order again from them unfortunately, in fact I should be offered a refund.

You didn't deliver and then blamed us for giving you an incorrect address, an address we would have no knowledge of. We've had two different excuses both boil down to WE made a mistake, they don't accept they may have made a mistake. Dreadful service, wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

I bought flowers for my mum and when they arrived they had not been wrapped in wadding and were in desperate need of water. On closer inspection some of the stems had been dead headed to hide the poor quality of them, and these lasted only 2 days. She complained but instead of delivering a new bunch they just sent the variety of flower that had died. These were also a single not double variety as ordered. The initial flowers then lasted 8 days with the replacement variety lasting only another day (so they again didn't last a week). I decided to take a chance on bunches after reading reviews, because flying flowers' bouquets were only lasting 2 weeks. I can only guess there are a lot of fake reviews out there. I ordered from e-florist (which has mediocre reviews) several times for half the price of bunches and the flowers lasted over a fortnight. I wouldn't waste my money on bunches again.

Terrible flowers. All more a less dead and squashed. I'd be better picking weeds out of my garden. Aweful quality.

Sweet Summer Roses were sent as a gift to me but the florists's foam was totally dried out and crumbling and trying to prise the flowers from the box I cut my hand on an unexpected metal frame holding the flowers together - very dangerous and I received a very painful cut on my hand! Sweet William was wilting on 2nd day and because of metal 'cage' unable to remove dead flowers to whole arrangement consigned to bin after 48 hours! Very disappointing and embarrassing for sender. I have spoken with the company and hope that they will refund the sender in light of the problems.

I have been using bunches for a number of years and only ever had one bad Experience previously. I ordered some flowers for my Mother's 80th birthday for delivery on 28th June , when they arrived the box was damaged, I was disappointed to find that the flowers only lasted 5 days some of them died before 5 days!

I’ve bought a lot of flowers from Bunches, but sorry to say I wasn’t very impressed with my last order! They were a present for my Mum and when I called on the day they were delivered I wasn’t happy as they were all open! This is the first time this had happened, so wasn’t happy☹️

had flowers on two occasions from bunches.co.uk on both occasions there were unidentifiable branches cut from bushes which were deseased, and also some 'exotic' flowers with thick branches and thorns. By lifting them out of a vase my fingers bled from these thorns. I hope they are not poisonous!

I have received my order today for my 25th anniversary balloon that was not even blow up even though it said on the box ballon filled with gas very disappointed with the service, I will not be recommended you to friends and family

Got flowers sent and within a few days were looking tired and limp, even though the water had been topped up! Had flowers delivered before and not had a problem. Bit disappointed as it was for my 50th birthday. Sorry 😯

I was really unhappy I brought these for my mother in law and when I went to see her I was shocked there was nothing to them at all I have payed half the price for better flowers than that
