Unable to provide an accurate review as the delivery was made to the wrong address and we were unable to get the flowers due to the house owner being bed bound and coronavirus.

Delivery was great. However, they really haven’t lasted well at all, a week at max, but half of them are dead. They have been watered and fed. Slightly disappointed.

Flowers were lovely when they arrived but we were disappointed to find that they had begun to die and turn brown and crispy in less than a week. They were always kept well-watered and in a cool room, and we followed all of the care instructions that came with them. Not sure what was wrong with them, but even supermarket flowers have lasted longer.

Roses in the bouquet were, frankly, past their best. No issues with anything else, but I would not use the service again.

The bouquet was delivered on time for Mother's Day. The flowers took 2-3 days to come to life (as expected) but all of them stems were dead/dying after another 2-3 days. Similar flowers purchased from the local supermarket have lasted 10+ days. Disappointing, as Bunches flowers were three times the price. Unlikely to purchase in the future.

I’ve been using Bunches for years and it’s always been great, but unfortunately the plant that I sent Mum for Mothers Day arrived ‘nearly dead’ and ‘looking very sorry for itself’. It arrived on time though and we’re all struggling through some difficult times so I’m sure business will get back to its normal high standard again soon.

Flowers did not turn up on day requested, I used the Royal Mail delivery and customer services advised can not be guaranteed with this delivery route. Recipient advised flowers looked a bit droopy when they arrived 2 days after due date, but did pick up once given water.

The pot plant my little boy ordered for his mummy was upside down in the box. He was very upset after opening the box, I don't know if it was the packing or Royal Mail fault in delivery but I wont use bunches again.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were upset with the bouquet that arrived. Our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice is not from our handtied range and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given a little time to bloom to resemble our online image.. Without a doubt the smallest arrangement for the money that I've ever receieved. Delivered by Royal Mail who failed to bring it to my door, but instead lazily left a note for me to pick it up from the Post Office depot the next working day, so I missed Mother's Day despite taking time out of my working day to plan this so that I could be there to take the delivery one day early, and give my mum flowers on Mother's Day. The bonsai arrangement was already badly wilting(brown around the edges) two days later(Monday) when picked it up at my earliest opportuity and opened it. Happy Mother's Day! What a waste of money. What a cynical hijack of what will likely be my last opportunity to give my terminally ill mum Mother's Day flowers. I would never use this flower service again. Value for money, delivery and freshness are such obvious pre-requisities for a company purporting to be an online florist. If you can't even get that right, then you have absoolutely no business advertising yourselves as such. Have you got the slightest conception of the real life consequences of your getting it so wrong. Now I have to remember for the rest of my life that my final oppotunity to give my mum a bunch of mother's day flowers was not only ruined, but completely missed thanks to your incompetence. Thanks a "bunch".

I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers when they arrived. They looked sparse and lifeless, I have ordered flowers before from bloom and wild (which were more expensive) but they were MUCH better.

The flowers arrived on time. But they already looked a bit worse for wear. They perked up on the second day but then on the third began to die. I am very disappointed as this was a mother's day present. Was not worth the money.

I was very upset that my mums mother day flowers came with past there best roses. I haven’t complained due to the fact we are in the middle of crisis due to corona virus. I would of preferred that if this had been the case of sending dead flowers you would have swapped them to something you could have sourced better.

I've previously ordered from Bunches many times, however the latest bunch of flowers were poor quality. They barely lasted a week and I had to throw them away because they were wilting before the buds even opened. Very disappointed with them, especially since they were for my mum for mother's day.

Ordered mothers day flowers 3 days before mothers day, 1st class and they arrived a day late! Emailed bunches more than once expressing how unhappy I was and even asked for a refund. I wasn't even offered half the money back so will not be using again.

Whilst the website is easy to use and the flowers are reasonably priced I was very disappointed to find that the some of the flowers were nearly dead on arrival for Mother’s Day. The majority of the flowers were thrown away later that evening. After many positive uses by the family in the past, I don’t think I’ll be using Bunches again
