“Mothers day flowers turned up on the wrong day and spoiled my planned surprise for my wife. Three of the blooms were snapped hence would not stand up. Needless to say I will not be using them again.”

“Ordered two bouquets of flowers for Mothers Day for our Mums, we have used Bunches previously and the flowers arrived on time but by Wednesday the flower heads started to die, the tulips didn't open and the Rose's were dead. I have taken pictures to prove this. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered on Thursday for Saturday delivery to arrive for Mother’s Day. Did not arrive till the Monday. Not the freshest of bouquet it lasted till the Thursday”

“I was very disappointed to here that on arrival, kost of the flower heads had come off and the flowers were dead apart from the coronations . My mum was very disappointed, and so was I, as I ordered flowers every mothers day. This was the worst.”

“I have made previous purchases from bunches and they have arrived on time and in very good condition but my last purchase for mothers day arrived in time but with many of the stems broken. I may have to consider using a different supplier the next time.”

“Usually the flowers are recieved in time for the event I've ordered them for. This Mothers Day, however they weren't recieved until Monday. I was very disappointed especially as my mum couldn't have any visitors or treats this year.”

As a flowers by post company we rely on Royal Mail to ensure our gifts arrive safely and on time; unfortunately they are under an increased amount of pressure due to the impacts of the recent Covid-19 outbreak and some deliveries may have been affected. “Very small bunch of flowers for the price... I was a bit embarrassed when my mum opened the box, a gift for mothers day. My husband purchased flowers for his mum for the same price but from another florist and got much better value for money”

“Placed a first order for Mother’s Day, flowers arrived on the Saturday but looked nothing like the site and very poor quality but the icing on the cake was the incorrect card god knows who Gary and Lisa are. So I complained to bunches who told me the flowers should look as good as the picture after a few days That’s great but i needed them to look good for Sunday! and that they were sorry about the card and they would send me another again how that works for the next day I have no idea oh and I have never received one! Awful customer service and i should know from a person who heads up an ecom site customer retention is key and I will never buy from bunches again. A real shame!!!”

“I was at my mums when the flowers arrived. They arrived boxed and a bit squashed. The flowers were good quality and smelt lovely. Mum worked her magic and made a nice display. I prefer a bouquet.”

“Absolutely gutted with the so called ‘bunch’ of flowers purchased for Mother’s Day. Nothing like the picture displayed on the site, even when in full bloom and in less than a week half the flowers have died. Could have picked up a better bunch for half the price at a local supermarket. Will definitely not be using again, nor recommending Bunches.”

“I have been a customer of Bunches for many years. I sent some flowers recentLy to my mother who is in lockdown at a care home, who I can’t go to visit right now. The flowers looked poor, and I complained. I was told they would improve as they opened. They haven’t, and flopped quite quickly. Bunches were my florist of choice but as I told the lady in customer services, not any more. This was an important bunch of flowers. I am no longer a customer.”
