Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice is not from our handtied range and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given a little time to bloom to resemble our online image. Usually really good but this time poor. Two of the Roses in the bouquet were broken making them too short to put in the vase. Also one other stem of flowers was not within the little reservoir so it arrived dead and had to be put in the bin.

Flowers arrived 2 days late, pretty much dead. I managed to save half the bunch, they only lasted 2 days. Disappointed and wouldn’t order again I’m afraid.

Although ordered well in advance for my daughters birthday, the flowers arrived a day late. I called customer services who assured me they would definitely be delivered before 6pm, they were not. It was especially sad as my daughter was on her own for her birthday self isolating. The flowers were also not as fresh as they could have been. I’m usually happy with bunches but not this time. Sorry

Honestly a lovely bunch of flowers but they were advertised with a box. I was made to think they were going to come in a box not just a little plastic cup. Was really disappointed when I opened the box to see this.

Within a few days the bunch had started to die, would have been better getting a good bunch from a supermarket for less the price anyway

Unfortunately a number of the stalks and flowers had been damaged in the post and were broken and could not be used.

The flowers arrived on time but the bouquet was small and disappointing. It was about the same size as bunch you would buy from a petrol station. I wouldn't buy again.

My Mum was delighted with the flowers which were to cheer her up plus early Mother's Day.That is sufficient for.me to be happy . Process of ordering was simple and efficient.No problems Happy Days.

Ordered flowers for anniversary. showed up on the correct day but only lasted 2 days. on delivery day itself they looked sad by the following day flowers started dropping

Prompt delivery Flowers of poor value. Nearly £20 for less than 12 flowers of average quality. Wont order again...

Ordered a large purple cup with white spots full of flowers for my sister. The flowers were gorgeous and no complaints there, but the cup was completely different, a white one with ‘from the garden’ written on the side. Wouldn’t have ordered if I’d have known it would have been different. Otherwise, great service.

I have used Bunches a number of times over the last few years and always been pleased. This time I ordered the Freesia bunch for my and was very disappointed in the amount of flowers in a box (10 stems for £24 when it states 20). I am now questioning if I use them again.

Very overpriced for size and quality of the bunch. Arrived on time but some stems were damaged and flowers died within the week

Not very happy with this delivery of flowers. Emailed Bunches and just got an email saying that they needed to be arranged differently!! I understand they're in bud but ... it looked nothing at all like the medium bunch I ordered. They didn't seem that bothered which saddened me as I always use bunches as my flower delivery service. Perhaps its time to change ...
