“The flowers were for a friend so I didn't actually see them, but she said they were lovely, as I would have expected! I've been a customer for a number of years.”

“I have been a customer for many years. This is the first time I have been disappointed with late delivery, more so as flowers were sending condolences after a sudden bereavement. Ordered on Monday, due Wednesday....did not arrive until Friday. Royal mail sent an order addressed to Glasgow, to Midlands depot. Someone needs to look at a map.”
