“I sent the flowers to a friend and she shared a picture. I was disappointed. The flowers were sparse and didnt look like the bouquet I selected. I'd have been better to have gone to Waitrose or M&S to buy.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my mum for Mother's Day, it was delivered on time and a week later the flowers are still looking good. I would definitely recommend Bunches, I have been ordering from them for a few years and have never had a problem.”

“Flowers arrived on Mother’s Day. Flowers in bud but opened up into beautiful blooms with gorgeous scent. Still going strong over a week later. By my mother in uk. She advised to use Blooms again and give them 10/10.”

“Lots of lovely bouquets to choose from and at great prices. The ease of using the site was simple. Like how you can have your flowers delivered any day of the week and even the next day from purchase. The delivery was at a reasonable time and the flowers arrived undamaged. Used Bunches a few times and will continue to do so and pleased with the service.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “Ordered Mother’s Day flowers. I didn’t know they’d arrive in a box but Mum was very happy. The little Mother’s Day sign that was part of the design was a lovely touch. Plus it features carnations, which I didn’t realise are a favourite of hers. Was even better to discover you’re a business based not too far away, in Mansfield. Thank you 😊”
