My sister and I bought these flowers as a gift for a friends 50th birthday, they arrived on time, however when they arrived they half of them were dead, the buds were falling off and didn't look like the picture. Not impressed.

I wish i could give no stars, the flowers that came where terrible, and there where hardly any there considering I payed so much money, will be contacting company with a complaint and asking for a full refund!

I recognise that the flowers pictured on the website are professionally arranged with buds all in bloom. However, the flowers received hardly resembled the ones ordered. Just one example is that the Christmas red and white bouquet has yellow flowers in it and only one red sparkly stem. I feel very disappointed and deceived and will not be displaying the flowers over Christmas or using this website again.

I have seen the flowers first hand and I was not impressed. I paid £19.99 for a nice bunch and gother something worth £7 or £8. I wasn't very happy!

Someone other than myself altered delivery address by putting a post code in of a different county to what I gave?? so order went to wrong house & wrong county. Customer service very unhelpful & blamed me!! Lost my money & my daughter had no flowers! How can they sending my order to a different county & address be my fault?? Told were they went. First time used this company. Never again. Will have to contact trade &'standard after no help offered what so ever, no apology even & to be told my fault! Shocking treatment &'service!!

We are assured that this delivery will take place within the 1-2 as stated and if the recipient is not at home at the time that an attempted delivery occurs then a calling card will be left however the driver may choose to leave your gift as long as it is safe to do so. I placed an order for surprise flowers to be delivered to an address in a block of flats. I was told that whether the flowers were actually delivered to the flat could not be confirmed. You did not take responsibility for having flowers delivered to the doorstep. When I asked if this could be confirmed in anyway, I was informed this would not be possible. To say I was disappointed by this service would be an understatement. To this day, I do not know where the flowers have gone.

Order within 2 days of the occasion I was sending the flowers for. They took 4 days to arrive. My recipient was discrete to say that they were OK as they were a gift and she didn't wish to sound ungrateful. Knowing my recipient I feel that she and I got a poor deal. I asked her for a photo but she hasn't sent one, so I cannot judge for myself if the flowers suffered or were poor.

The flowers were a birthday present for a 70th birthday which should have been delivered on 7th or 8th December. The birthday was 8th December, they didn't arrive until 12th December and I had to buy some more flowers. Also did not receive email confirmation of my order. Very disappointed with the service and would like a full refund.

The bouquet was a poor imitation of the photo. It was the butt of all jokes from visitors. Very disappointing and humiliating.

Flowers were a lot smaller than advertised, you can get the same bunch from tesco for 5 pounds instead i paid 20

The flowers were awful, when delivered to my mum I asked my sister to send a picture of them and they looked nothing like what I had ordered
