The gift was a birthday surprise,but was not delivered until 4.45, which I feel is a bit late for a birthday

Initially I was pleased with the service until I received a photograph of the cardboard box sitting on the doorstep. I paid for courier service and the flowers were left where they could have been stolen. Not good service.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you have been disappointed with your delivery. The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. On some occasions if a safe place can be found to leave the flowers they may leave on the property to avoid the disappointment of the recipient not receiving the flowers on the date requested. I ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthdays. The flowers arrived on the day requested early afternoon but once the box was opened it appeared the some of the flowers appeared yellow on the edges and petals had/were falling off. Not the best bunch I have ordered with you.

Delivered on time. Slightly disappointed with some of the flowers. They arrived in full bloom so didnt last very long at all. After 2 days some of the flowers had died.

The ordering was simple and very user friendly, the delivery date selected was achieved. However when the recipient sent me photos of the flowers on arrival I was disappointed at how few flowers there were compared to the picture that I viewed on ordering.

I chose a next day delivery for a birthday , but would not really recommend this as the flowers came at 6.45 pm ,obviously most of the birthday had gone . However being able to go for next day is amazing really.

Beautiful flowers sent to my friend on the loss of her dad. Ordered a lovely card and chocolates, only the chocolates were missing. I'm not one to complain and as they were only £4.99 didn't see the point. Disappointing though as she sent a photo and I had to ask where thd chocolates were.

Service as brilliant next day delivery. Flowers arrived in the letter box packaging but when we took them out of the box a lot of the showers were broken. Very disappointed

Not received confirmation that the flowers have been delivered so cannot comment on them. Would be good if the sender received confirmation when the flowers are delivered.

As much as the flowers where lovely and we'll received, they were put down the side of the garage when delivered with no note so the recipient didn't actually know they where there until we mentioned if they had had a delivery. Sort of takes the surprise out of it all

Flowers were apparently very nice... But they were delivered late..I ordered well in advance, for a Saturday delivery and they turned up Monday

Arrived perfectly on time and looked nice on delivery but unfortunately didn’t last anywhere near as long as I hoped - I bought some cheap supermarket flowers a week before which lasted longer :(

Flowers were ok but the delivery was left in a porch when the customer who is an invalid was in paid for a courier to deliver to the door I would have been better off letting the postman delivered. it was a block of flats and they could not be bothered to go upstairs and that was what I paid for

Acceptable because I had a discount code. Compared to other flower sellers they were not of the same quality. I probably wouldn't purchase from here again
