The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. My friend sent me a picture of flowers she received. They didn't look all that great! She said she had to put them in water straight away to give them a good drink!! Bit disappointed as they were for her birthday.

This bouquet was a gift for a dear friend.when it arrived several long stems were virtually dead and several others were drooping.very disappointing for the recipient.I was upset and embarrassed when I was informed how poor they were.having read on your website how good they were supposed to be it was money ill spent and it is impossible for me to recommend others to use your company.sorry to say this but in no way could I give a higher rating.

Delivery happened on time. But flowered not indicative of pictures. Would not recommend or reorder.

I ordered the glowers for the wrong date and left it too late to change so has them delivered to myself. It was just has well has the card was for birthday but the cake said anniversary which would have been in poor taste has the recipient is recently widowed

Paid the dearer option expecting delivery to be guaranteed on the chosen day. The flowers for my daughter and son in law, to mark 2 years since the death of my granddaughter, arrived a day early.

The amount of flowers in the bunch is embarrassing. Was so upset when I saw the photo my friend sent me off them. Not worth the money

Extremely dissapointed in terms of value...bunches are tiny and really nothing like the picture and message is just a typed piece of paper.poorly glued into card...not even glued straight. A £23 bouquet looked more like a £2.50 one from Tescos. On a plus point ,they did arrive on time.and the free sunflower seeds are growing nicely.

Very disappointed with the flowers. I understand that they are sent whilst partially closed, but they were so disappointing for my mother when she received them that she said she wasn’t sure whether she should just throw them straight in the bin!! They looked nothing like the photo on the website.

Not as good as my previous flowers. Bunch was quite sparse for the price! Disappointing as they were a birthday gift for my sister.

Delivery was on time, unfortunately the quality of the flowers was poor. Had them delivered on a Saturday by Tuesday the Rose's had dropped and the rest looked halve dead.

A £24 bouquet of freesias and gypsophila. Although thankfully I had a discount code. Arrived & Looked like a £8 bunch (Max)! One tiny scrawny sprig of gypsophila. Very disappointed. Worst flowers by post I’ve received. Such a shame.

Unfortunately would not order from Bunches again, the flowers were a lot less full then advertised in the picture. There were 9 visible roses on the online picture but only 5 in the ones received. I do not feel as though I got my money’s worth and am disappointed that what should have been a nice gift turned out to be very drab. Would post pictures if I had the option.
