“Pink baby-breath turned out to be a small sprig of WHITE, which took away from the affect. Little Birthday cake was tiny and didn’t even have happy birthday written on it as advertised. Will not be using Bunches again.”

“I don't really like to complain but I felt that I had to. I ordered some flowers for my mum's birthday. I'm here in Italy and thought it would be nice for her. The delivery was on time but the flowers themselves were scarce. The bunch that I paid for (Only €25 so I suppose it's my fault, I should have spent a bit more) on the website claimed 15 pink and cream carnations plus gypsum. What arrived were 9 carnations and one piece of gypsum. Pretty poor service if you ask me. I won't be buying anymore flowers from your company. It's a shame because I chose your company based on reviews on trust pilot which were very positive. Maybe I was just unlucky!”

“I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and thankfully had them delivered to my address. I was very disappointed with the flowers, they were very dehydrated and lack lustre, and they didn't look like the picture. I bought some more freesia's from a local florist to bump them up.”

“Flowers arrived a day late as they went to billericay sorting house not Chelmsford. Flowers arrived we got a day out of the peonies and two days on the roses. Not good.”
