I’ve bought off you before and they have been ok, these ones were very disappointing, the flowers usually last 2 week and only lasted a week, and nothing like the picture, Regards Stephen .

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. I recently placed an order for some flowers to be sent my wife for our wedding anniversary. I was told that I would receive confirmation of my order by an E Mail. No E Mail was received. A few days before the delivery date as I had heard nothing from you and I was concerned that the flowers wouldn't come leaving my wife disappointed I contacted you via your website to find out what was happening. I received no reply. If is how you now treat your customers I imagine you will lose many of them, including me. The last time I ordered flowers you flooded my computer with your adverts thus taking away any surprise when they were delivered. I complained about this at the time but this did not stop you doing the same thing again. I shall now look elswhere in the future.

Would not buy flowers from here again. Disappointed with the quality and the amount of flowers there was. My mum was gifted a total of 5 lots of flowers from family and mine which o brought from here and cost double the price did not look as good as the others

I've ordered from Bunches several times and always been satisfied with my purchases. Not so this time! The flowers were a waste of money. They arrived on the arranged date, and were well packaged, but were dull and limp. The baby's breath was falling to bits. This was to be a gift for my mum so I paid for guaranteed delivery, but I ended up keeping it myself to see if it would revive, (which they didn't), and ordering from a local florist instead. I ended up binning the bouquet and it's put me off from ordering from Bunches again.

Not happy. Couldn’t get the date to deliver that I wanted ( bank holiday weekend) so took the nearest. Had a message on that date to say that they didn’t have the flowers and it would be three days later before they delivered. But they’d send it by priority post!! Wont use again

Nice flowers but missed the delivery date and it was so important that they arrived on time. Was made aware of the delay which was great but unfortunately can't give a more positive review.

Delivery of oder 10066526 was for 'Sympathy' flowers and was delayed due to a 'supply issue'. However, I was still receiving 'special offer' mails. Was the 'supply issue' with all flowers or just the ones in my order? No explanation was given.

Disappointed with delivery timings and the flowers died after 4 days. The instructions were followed but they were probably stuck too long in the post before my wife received. I won't use Bunches again.

Flowers have been better from bunches. Not sure if covid and Brexit has impacted but last few orders have been out lasted by cheaper supermarket flowers.

Delivered to the wrong address . After 3 days the neighbour delivered them to the right address.

Have ordered from Bunches on quite a few occasions and everything was absolute fine. But on this occasion, the flowered I ordered for a special occasion were not delivered on time. The occasion was missed and I was so disappointed and upset. I felt Bunches were insensitive to my situation and even patronising. No more Bunches for me.

My order was important for my mother in law who was going into hospital. The order took 4 days to arrive which was disappointing. Otherwise would have been perfect.

Very underwhelming bunch of flowers for £29.99 paid by PayPal. Disappointing as I bought them for anniversary gift. Should have shopped local.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Very late delivery. Disappointed. It was for a funeral on 19 May, but delivery was on 22 May. .
