The flowers were nice and lasted a long time. But they arrived a day after they we’re supposed to be delivered. It was my parents’ wedding anniversary. Totally rubbish for them to wait in all day and then nothing arrived. I contacted Bunches on the delivery date to find out what was going on and got no reply. Nice flowers but rubbish service. I won’t be ordering with you in the future.

I ordered flowers from you to be delivered on 31 March for a birthday gift on 1st April. When they had not arrived by the 2nd I emailed to camel as it was too late to give them. I had to go and buy another gift to give as it was Easter weekend and assumed they were not arriving until into the next week. They eventually came on Saturday by which time it was too late. I have now paid for flowers and a little cake that I don’t want. Very disappointed would not use again.

The flowers were ordered for delivery on Thursday, they arrived on Monday. Granted it was over Easter. Disappointed as they were for a 90th birthday

Flowers arrive a day late. Ordered them more than a week in advance and still the arrive the day after the date I was given for delivery. Very unhappy

The last few orders have not quite been up to the standard of recent years. The last birthday order arrived a day late and was partially damaged ie 29/3. ( not especially happy with Royal Mail,are these your new suppliers?) When ringing to complain the male customer service advisor was not entirely sympathetic. Are standards slipping? I hope not.

A bunch was ordered online for delivery the day before an anniversary. They were several days late, although apparently still in reasonable condition. When contacted, the reply came back that they were delivered by the GPO and therefore not trackable. Disappointing.

Was not happy with my recent purchase. Lillies were open and flower not very good quality. I got a better, cheaper bunch at a supermarket the same day. I contacted Bunches to complain and have not heard anything since. I have never had a problem before with ordering for Bunches so I am hoping this is a one off.

I sent flowers and Prosecco to my friend for her birthday. I didn’t receive an email warning me when the delivery would be. Unfortunately she missed the postal delivery. Due to the Easter bank holiday she was not able to receive the parcel until 4 days later, by which time the flowers were somewhat wilted. I would be wary of using Royal Mail delivery around bank holidays in the future. All a bit disappointing.

Flowers were beautiful. However dissapointed to say the roses died after just a few days before some of the Lilly's had even blossomed. it stated a 7 day freshness guarantee. Not what I would expect for an expensive wedding anniversary present and will probably stay local with florists once they re open in the future.

The flowers were beautiful, and have lasted for 10 days with a lovely fragrance. However, when they arrived (freesias and irises) three of the long freesia stalks had no blooms - just long stalks. Some of the opened flowers had been crushed; I think this was whilst packing as the paper wrapping the bunch had no obvious crushing or damage. I was disappointed - this had been a treat for myself. I contacted customer services when the flowers arrived but have had no response

Sadly several of the flower heads had fell off and flower quality was not as good as the usual high standard upon delivery. I have used Bunches for many years and this has been the worst bunch of flowers that has been received from them.

I ordered a bunch of 20 long stemmed mixed freesias for a friend's 70th birthday. The photo showed a beautiful mix of colours, so I was disappointed to see that my friend's bouquet had 7 white flowers, almost a third of the total, thus lessening the impact. Whilst I understand that it's impossible to replicate the example exactly, I feel that more effort could have been made. Customer Service told me that they could only work with whatever was available at the time. I shall not be ordering from them again, because I won't be certain about what I will get.

Received the wrong flowers. I ordered Freesia with yellow tulips. Received yellow daffodils that lasted about three days. wont be using Bunches again.
