“Even if ordered a bunch of flowers to be sent to the Western Isles (North Uist) and just one day prior to delivery, it arrived as promised! Perfect! The flowers have been in a perfect condition and the present ordered was added. 5 stars!”

“Such an easy site to use - very handy for me being overseas from the recipient. Always good quality, always delivered on time. Recipient loves you! Only comment would be to see more morning/afternoon COFFEE parcels - preferably with instant coffee/coffee bags for people who don't drink tea and don't have access to a coffee maker.”

“Excellent prompt delivery with frequent offer discounts. My recipients are always delighted to receive the Letterbox gift Only a couple of occasions i have been ldt down but Bunches have always rectified. Definitely recommend, been using Bunches when we ran a post office convenient store and extensively as a private customer.”

“Used to be an account holder at bunches and went elsewhere as the quality seemed to be going downhill. Returned recently after a year or so to see flowers are now delivered by Royal Mail post in a box, which isn’t a bad thing however I bought a bunch of flowers which contained three sunflowers and a smattering of others. One of the sunflowers had been bashed around and the head was squashed on one side. After less than a week all are now half the size and dropping bent over looking at the floor. £30 spent and I feel this is a little expensive when opening they didn’t look vibrant and in less than a week all sunflowers have flopped down over the vase. Sorry I’m sure there are people working hard to send the best but around 2 or 3 three years ago this was a great place to get flowers not sure what has changed but quality and condition are not worth recommending I’m afraid and I cannot look at bunches as somewhere to send a gift of flowers to friends or family.”
