“Beautiful flowers and plants, BUT I am 81 years old and not all that good on the computer, I live in Italy so need the service of a company that their website is easy to use. Unfortunately, recently I wanted to send some flowers and your webpage for orders was all over the place, so I had to book with one of your competitors.....and had no problems whatsoever. I cannot fill in the two questionnaires below as I have only now subitted my concern!!!!!”

“The person receiving the flowers - carnations- was delighted. I was sent a photo of them arranged in a vase. I was impressed by the strong colours, pink, yellow and white. They made a lovely show with the baby's breath - gypsophlia. I was surprised to see a few in full flower, sent in bud, but quite a few were still in bud and the flowers looked very fresh. The flowers couldn't be delivered on the next day but I was informed and told the person receiving them, in case there was an issue. The box was delivered the next day, a photo from the delivery company showed that they were tucked safely by the meter box. I'd use Bunches again.”
