“My Auntie was happy with her flowers but when she sent me a photo I was very disappointed with what she got compared to what I had ordered. A shame as they look lovely on the website!”

“This was my second order at Bunches. The first was fora hamper,the second was for flowers with truffles included. I have heard back from my sisters in Brighton on both occasions. The hamper was very attractive and useful, but unfortunately the flowers , in the second order, mostly carnations, were rather'skimpy' and unattractive. They sent a picture and I agree with them on that.”

“My daughter was pleased with them but they weren't like the photo that I had chosen thought there would of been more flowers Obviously they show the bigger bunches But arrived on time and she was happy .”

“I always use Bunches for flower deliveries, however I was very disappointed for my bouquet to arrive a day late. I had ordered them for a family members birthday to be delivered on her birthday, and they arrived a day late.”

“Well believe gift was appreciated by friend. The only issue I have is that apparently it was sent to wrong place first of all. I understand this is just normal error but did make me worry that my friend wasn't going to get her birthday present.”

“Bunches es una empresa que no se responsabiliza de la satisfacción de los clientes. Yo empeze a comprar flores para regalar hace aproximadamente 5 años y el regalo llegó, así que seguí comprando cada año . Este año le pregunté a la persona a quien iba dirigido el regalo y me confirmó que no había llegado el regalo este año, ni en varios años anteriores. Al revisar la dirección, me di cuenta que estaba alterada. Al informarle a Bunches no asumieron su responsabilidad. No volveré a comprar en Bunches.”

“I have used Bunches about six times to date. I sent a bouquet to my friend to cheer her up and asked her to send a picture when they had fully bloomed. Unfortunately, they look nothing like the picture on the website. So disappointed.”

“I have used Bunches many times especially sending flowers to my Mum. She has always said how lovely the flowers are when they arrive. Unfortunately, the flowers which arrived on the 26th April for her 97th Birthday, in her words, "looked rather sorry for themselves." She followed the instructions in with the flowers & they did revive which was good but they have always arrived looking beautiful before so this was not to the normal standard we have come to expect. I am hoping this was just a blip down to the delivery sysytem which I think was Royal Mail.”
