“I requested my floral gift to be delivered on the 19th July however the recipient was not at home so I was asked when would it be best to redeliver. I contacted the recipient who requested that it be delivered on the 21st when she will have returned home. This was acknowledged and agreed HOWEVER the floral gift was delivered the same day at the rear of the property where it could easily be stolen. Fortunately the recipient returned early on the 20th and found the item. So why go to all the trouble to make sure the receiver would receive the plant only to totally ignore both a further instruction and agreement made ??? Not sure 🤔 I’ll be using your company again.”

“To be honest , I was a bit disappointed in the quality and colour of the flower i ordered as they were described as rhubarb & custard. However , there wasn’t much of a contrast of yellow flowers as the main colour was pink”

“Used previously and have always been satisfied. Easy to use website, decent selection, fair prices and reliable service. This time, I ordered 1 of the most expensive arrangements and was disappointed. It was small (I'd have expected at least 50% more), the number of roses was small and they weren't very fresh. This particular purchase was not worth the money spent which was a shame as it was for an important occasion.”

“Understand that flowers come in bud and look fuller after a day or so, but thought the flower were underwhelming, bought as a thank you gift and the wrap around them looked cheap. I wouldnt buy again as a gift.”

“I was tossing up between regular size or XL. Disappointed as ordered X Large 34 stems Rainbow Galaxy . I saw the flowers in the care home for my sister and didn't seem they were XL , quite a small bunch actually .”
