“Flowers were really nice, my problem was they were delivered by Royal Mail, the recipient wasnt home and the delivery driver disnt try a neighbour, he took them back to depot and they were delivered the following day, not great with flowers”

“As I live abroad I only had a picture on the Internet. I ordered the April flowers for my sisters birthday and she sent me a photo of them. They were very pretty but for the money they seemed a little spare. I added 3 butterfly's too which were beautiful. So pretty satisfied just wished there were a few more in the bunch”

“My gift rose arrived at my home so I could give to my neighbour for her birthday. Thank goodness! It arrived having been tipped upside down, broken shoots, compost everywhere etc. whilst the rose itself would have arrived in tip top condition, the transit operators failed completely. The rose is happily planted next door but the courier needs review.”

“My last order which was a bunch of flowers, mainly tulips, didn't look as good in the photo sent by my sister as the one from which I bought. e.g Thinner some how and maybe a tulip or two short. Unfortunately I don't have the image now.”

“Customer services were very helpful, however the bunch of flowers delivered weren’t the size they appeared in the picture. The picture showed a full bouquet but what she got looked more like a bunch from Tesco. I was quite upset by it if I am honest as it was for someone’s birthday present.”

“I was very disappointed that my gift did not arrive until the day after my friends birthday. This was despite the fact they had been at Leeds delivery dept at 6.29pm on 12th April (approx 10 miles from her home), but not delivered until 9.37 on 15th. To call them your "trusted dispatchers" is questionable. It appears they were misdirected at some point along the way! The only consolation is that my friend was pleased with them.”

“I received flowers from Bunches as a gift and was very impressed. I kept the details. So when I needed to send a gift and saw a special offer in Woman & Home, I availed if it. However when I visited the person I had sent the gift to just two days after she received it, the bunch of flowers looked disappointingly sparse.”

“Normally I would prase Bunches however on this occasion the potted rose was a gift and the flowers looked like they were dying brown on the edges. Very disappointed”

“I sent a bunches bouquet and have also just received one for my birthday, so I can make a honest review, my flowers although fresh are not nearly as interesting or in bud as Bloom and Wild, the cost the same, so I'm afraid that I will return to Bloom and Wild for my next flower delivery”

“I have always bought the flowers from bunches, but am now considering not to. The last 2 bunches I purchased came on time. The flowers seem to be of a lower Standard than usual, considering how the prices have increased and no free delivery. My wife started to order them from yourselves years ago, and I’ve carried on doing the same since she passed away 4 years ago. Now I will be thinking of whether or not to carry on doing the same.”
