“Suppose to be delivered Sunday August 25, it was marked as available on the site but were not delivered till Tuesday August 27!! The day after yn special birthday (80th)! No word of explanation from the company to say, very bad customer service”

“The flowers I understand are acceptable but the delivery date was not met. Maybe I was unlucky. I hadn't realised it was sent by Royal Mail which I know is unreliable. Would think twice before purchasing again.”

“Usually good, but the discount code I'd received that day didn't work. Also, the recipient was not at home for delivery and the flowers were left in the green waste bin and no note left to indicate so.”

“I ordered two bunches of flowers for two different recipients, both of whom stated ow lovely the flowers were. My gripe is about the delivery. Notification was received from bunches that the flowers had been sent but the problem is with Royal Mail. The first delivery arrived the day before it was said to arrive. The second arrived the day after it was due, which was for a special birthday.”

“I wanted the flowers delivered on Saturday. According to Royal Mail they went in the morning and stain in the afternoon. Daughter was out in the morning but was there all afternoon. According to the cameras they never came in the afternoon. As it was a bank holiday the flowers were only delivered on Tuesday. Quality was not the same anymore.”

“I was slightly disappointed with this bouquet, preciously the flowers have been beautiful but this time it ended up being much smaller than expected. The flowers which were delivered were very pretty but it was a lot smaller than the online picture and wasn’t worth the price tag.”

“Bought 2 large bouquets for birthdays. One arrived on requested day. One arrived on day after requested day which was a shame. The bouquets looked half the fullness shown in the photos but maybe they will bloom more over time but I wasn’t impressed”

“The letterbox wasn't big enough for the letterbox flowers I recently ordered. I don't remember seeing any mention that this might happen on your website when I ordered. Might be a good idea to mention this is a possibility and what a person will have to do if this happens. I found the experience quite stressful when this happened in my case”

“The plant arrived which was beautiful, but unfortunately it was left outside the front door, consequently the door is close to the main road, so anyone could have taken it. Fortunately it wasn't taken, but you need to be aware of this”

“Used Bunches many times. Ordered 3 bouquets. They always arrive on time. This time were ok but looked rather sparing considering the cost. Sadly, I think my allegiance to Bunches is wavering and it’s time to look at some other providers.”

“Your service has always been excellent, we use you often. However I am now ticking 'Good' as recently quite honestly the flowers have not been quite so good . Some look as if they have been packed too hastily, small blooms on Alstromeria broken and rather squashed”
