“Your sent the flowers on Sunday where for Tuesday but did not arrive till Wednesday and where looking a bit sorry for their selfs.”

“Generally a good site with plenty of selection and a rewards program. The flowers sent were lovely but the large size I odered did not appear as big as the image on the website. Some of the stems did arrive droopy but did improve after a few days with only one or two stems not improving.”

“I chose a chocolate hamper to be delivered on Friday 22 November 2024 - a Birthday - not a random day - it was not delivered as promised. On following the tracker on Monday 25th November 2024, I could see it was in the dpd depot local to the delivery address. When I spoke to Bunches, they offered a re-delivery from scratch. I found this incredibly odd. Why not just deliver the package already in the system. I requested to speak to a manager who offered a new dispatch too. I explained it was already within a stones throw of the delivery address and why could dpd not deliver it that day instead?? It was already 4 days late. The manager finally realised that was the best solution - she called dpd and they delivered it that afternoon. Perhaps the staff at Bunches do not get a great service from dpd and that is why they try to avoid calling them and instead offer a re-send. This is a real shame as your delivery service is a reflection of your business and if dpd cant get it right - that reflects on you. Being in the business of Birthdays and Anniversaries - the delivery date is really the most important element. I wont use your service again.”

“Easy ordering process and quick delivery. These were well -recieved as a gift and mostly in bud but all have opened out well. They have lasted a week so far and are still going strong. They don’t look as good as the picture online but they never do.”

“Ordering online was OK. Choice was a bit too focused on "Christmas" when a birthday or "thinking of you" set of flowers really doesn't need to be all red/gold etc. Some simple English Chrysanthemums and foliage would be fine.”

“Unfortunately the delivery was unable to deliver the flowers so left in a safe space. Unfortunately my friend had been taken in hospital and was too ill to communicate. I did see the delivery photo and so I still don't know whether the flowers have been taken in.”
