“Your service has always been excellent, we use you often. However I am now ticking 'Good' as recently quite honestly the flowers have not been quite so good . Some look as if they have been packed too hastily, small blooms on Alstromeria broken and rather squashed”

“Ordered birthday present for a friend. It contained bubbly. Courier dropped it over a fence and left no note so was there for a couple of days till I checked on it. Was a bit disappointed with communication.”

“Flowers arrived on time and were well protected in a box. Was a little disappointed with e quality of the roses part of the bunch and they only lasted a couple of days before wilting badly. Other flowers in the bunch lasted longer.”

“Although recipient said she was pleased with flowers and cake. Looking at photos I was disappointed . The tracking showed that the flowers were posted about 6 days before the delivery date which worried me . In the past I have been more satisfied with the service”

“I have used bunches before and always been happy. However, on this occasion I don't really know if the flowers arrived at the right destination as the photo sent by Royal Mail did not seem to be correct and I have had no contact from the recipient, unless they have moved and not mentioned it. This is obviously not totally Bunches fault, but they do recommend this service, so they are in part to blame”

“I ordered roses and the leaves were brown. On contacting Customer Services, I was advised that this was normal, remove leaves and the roses should be good - there were too many leaves to remove. Had used other companies, gave Bunches a try, won't be using again.”

“I have in the past found bunches very good and when bought flowers they have been delivered on time and quality good. However last time I ordered 17 days ahead of required they could not be delivered on date I required. Was told this was because I opted to go with drlivery from Royal Mail. So unfortunately I think it would be unlikely I would order again.”
