“Disappointed with this bouquet. The Solidago did not bloom and a stem of carnations was missing on arrival. Very misleading picture, would not buy this bunch again.”

“I was pleased with how the flowers looked when they initially arrived. However after only three days the roses began to lose their petals, and the irises never opened up. I prepped and arranged the flowers carefully. Could be a one off but a real shame.”

“Very disappointed with the Mother's day flowers for mum especially when I can’t deliver them in person and fad to order online .She sent me a photo of them but I couldn’t find review page on Facebook .to complain .Not good value for money at all .”

“This was the 1st time I’ve ordered online and I don’t think I will do it again. I know they aren’t going to look perfect after going through the post but at least 4 of the buds/flowers were completely broken off. They looked a bit better after a drink and a feed but they didn’t look anything like the photo I based my decision on. Was just a bit miffed that they cost me over twenty quid and they looked worse than if I’d got them at a supermarket. They are ok and looked nice for a bit but some of them have started to die already. I so rarely write a bad review for anything but I was just really sad about them :(”

“Never had a issue with flowers I have sent and recieved from munchies before. This mother's day order was a disappointment, on arrival box very warm. On opening flowers wilted and felt warm, even after putting in cold water in a cool room some didn't recover. Royal mail need to take more care when they have flowers to deliver.”

“Wrong flowers sent When I complained then sent out complimentary flowers to the wrong address and have tried to say that I gave them the wrong address. If this was the case how was the first bunch of flowers delivered. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will not be using them again. I have used them a number of times with no complaints. They have lost a valued customer”
