“This was the first (and last) time we had ordered flowers from the web. looking at the photos on the site we were looking forward to getting a Wonderfull bunch of flowers for my mum in law on mothers day. I ordered the delivery a day early as I don't trust the post, although luckily this time they were on time. The flowers were not at all good, some of the gypsophila was dead and even after putting the other flowers in water as directed they were not that healthy. As I say we were lucky to get the order early as this gave us time to go out and purchase more flowers to make it a decent bouquet. We will be doing this in future and definitely not order on line.”

“For the first time very disappointed the freesias and roses in particular. Neither of them lasted 7 days poor quality on arrival. I did complain was requested photos twice, sent one lot but my dad was not able to take an in focus photo showing the flowers the second time and was getting upset about it and I was not able to go in to the house due to Covid. Very poor customer service - felt I was not believed which is not a great response.”

“To be honest, I had to be apologetic when presenting them to my mother on Mother’s Day. It was a rather puny bouquet, I don’t think it was good value for money at all. I will not be ordering from Bunches again unfortunately.”

“Ordered extra large tulips. What arrived looked nothing like the picture, very underwhelming. Was two bunches of small supermarket style tulips in a flat box. Once opened and presented they were alright but still nothing like picture and nothing compared to last site I bought from flowersdelivery4u. Won't shop here again.”

“Having spent many hours searching for alternative ideas I settled with bunches, however seeing the size of the bunch of flowers had the strong disappointment. The bunch on it’s own was 1/3 of the size I was expecting. Feel like it was a rip off and will not buy again.”

“I have given 2 stars as the delivery and packaging were good. I have purchased many flowers for mum over the years and this has to be the most disappointing. The buds simply turned brown and did not open. The flowers are a good budget and the photos were very appealing, however, despite the correct care my experience was far from expectations set. I resorted to showing my mum the picture I had saved from screen shot, to example what I intended to buy her. I do not intended to use this service again and will be advising friends and family avoid disappointment. I real waste of money, ten pound flowers from the fuel garage would have been better. Money is money and it is what it is, but every mother out there deserves better than dead flowers”

“Paid £25 to get a full bunch of flowers and 8 flowers showed up would hardly call it a bunch of carnations, not worth the money at all. Very disappointed.”

“Whilst happy with delivery I was not happy with the overall appearance and quality of the bouquet i ordered. The freesias were lovely but the irises failed to bloom and could at best be described as papery and poor quality. I will not be using bunches again”

“Nice and easy to place order using website. I placed three separate orders for Mother’s Day to three different addresses and they all arrived on the day I picked. However the quality was a little bit disappointing. I ordered a premium bouquet and for £30 per bunch I’d expect for the flowers not to arrive damaged. One out of the three was as expected and in OK quality. My mum was terrified when she received her flowers and they were a ‘state’ and she just felt so bad for them. Had previous flowers from your competitor and a few things you need to work on; way the flowers are delivered (to avoid damage) and secondly the life of the flowers (week on and my mums flowers are dead- super disappointing. Your competitors flowers lasted for over 3 weeks). Overall okay but would look somewhere else next time”
