First, the courier delivery service is misleading, I expected the flowers to be delivered in a prepared condition however they were delivered in the same way they would have been from any delivery service, the courier service seems to be simply a misleading money making scheme. Secondly, the flowers looked nothing like they did on the website, advertisement needs to be much more accurate, I expected a well prepared expensive looking bouquet and recieved an everyday shoddy bouquet that looked like it was from Lidl. Finally, the flowers were too expensive for what they were, if my previous suggestions cannot be reached then the price must be lowered because they simply are not worth anybody's money.

Disappointed with the quality off all the items. The card was smaller than A5, the balloon was about 6" the flowers were just a small bunch off carnations I could have got better from the supermarket for a fiver. I would never buy from you again, I was embarrassed when I saw what had been delivered. Veronica

It was my sister in laws birthday on the 28th. I ordered the flowers on line on the 27th since I couldn't be there on her b-day. It did say that unless you paid more for a courier you might have them delivered the next day which is what happened. That wasn't ideal but I accepted that. What I don't find acceptable is that when I did finally go over on Tues. I asked where the flowers were and she said she had to throw them away as they had drooped and were no good. They didn't even last a week. I've had flowers from the Aldi that have lasted 2 weeks. Very disappointed!!

Always been happy with previous Bunches flowers. But on this occasion let me down with flowers that are not representative of the website image. Very dissapointing.

Once again flowers sent not as fresh as they should be. Yellowing stems near the bottom, flowers open and not in bud. The yellow Solidago hardly opened at all, feel extremely let down

18 Peonies delivered. All looked like they had been without water for ages. Only 3 lasted more than two days. Wouldn't bother with these guys again as the flowers don't seem to last for whatever reason.

Chocolates and everything was grand it's just the flowers came and 3 was broken at the stem which did make them not stand out as nice it's usually great service with yourselves Im not one for complaining I just wanted it to be perfect like usual but unfortunately it wasn't this time

I have used Bunches before & been pleased with the flowers. This time the flowers were screwed up & all the water had been used up, when the stocks were removed from the packaging they had lost all their flowers, they were not fresh and I was very disappointed as they were a gift for my Mum.

Flowers were lovely but asked for them to be delivered on Friday to coincide with something else that I had organised... unfortunately they were delivered a day early

Upon opening the flower box I was disappointed to find that the flowers looked all squashed and dead looking and nothing like the picture shown on line, though not at all surprised as they were without any water over the weekend being posted off on the Saturday and I did not received them until the Monday. On line it said it came with free chocolates which I never got only the small Birthday cake and butterfly's which are pretty. Last year I received flowers from Bunches and they were the same as these. How can you tell someone that has brought these for your Birthday that they wasn't very good. I can't see these flowers lasting very long.

I have used Bunches on many occasions in the past and always been happy with the arrangements that i have ordered but i must admit this time i was extremely disappointed with the flowers i wanted sent for my mums birthday, The few flowers that arrived certainly did not look like the amount that was shown in the picture and a fair few of them were already dead so by the time they were put into a vase it was quite a sorry sight to see im afraid to say.

Have always used your service and in the past was always pleased with your flowers. Ordered some flowers for my mum last Monday and they arrived Wednesday but spoke to her this morning and her flowers are drooping and not lasted. This was a thank you present so I am very disappointed and will have to think again if I use your service

Delivery was excellend and the website easy to use. However the flowers delivered did not look as nice as the flowers shown on the web site.

I have ordered twice in the last month both times the flowers arrived on time and as described,lovely thank you. However both bunches began to fade after only two days or three days. I would have expected a week at least, as this is how long supermarket flowers last.
