Delivered on wrong day ...no one at home on following day ..so we asked a neighbour who had to go 2 the post office picked them up they were all wilted ... they had been unattended 4 18 hrs on there side so no water got 2 the flowers. Royal mail was a shambles chocs had melted.will not usr Bunches again

Delivery - I ordered my gift on Sunday & had to spend time chasing up all week with emails enquiring when my floweres were due to arrive , I was told the latest would be Wednesday 19th after more emails , they finally arrived on Friday 21st, I really don't think this is acceptable & you should look at other means of delivery Royal Mail is obviously not the right one for flower delivery, most flower companies deliver by courier either next day or day after, I have never had to wait so long for my flowers to be delivered, just as well it wasn't for a special occasion - it's a shame as once they did arrive , display & quality were good - would not order from you again 5 days IS FAR too long to wait for delivery & couldn't rely on for that special gift to arrive in time !

I am extremely sorry to hear this, as you have already mentioned our free delivery with the Royal Mail should be over a 1-2 day period as we advertised and not 5 days as you experienced. To answer your question we do offer a courier delivery service for our customers to use for an additional charge of either £5.99 for an all day delivery or £7.99 for an morning delivery. FLOWERS ARRIVED LOOKING WORSE FOR WEAR AND STEMS IN A POT THAT LOOKED TO DO LITTLE -CONTACT OR SUPPLY WATER TO THEM. NEVER REALLY RECOVERED DRY AND GOING OVER,DEAD/DYING WITHIN 48HRS DESPITE EFFORTS TO SAVE/REVIVE THE FLOWERS

The box was wet and damaged. Some flowers also damaged and overall quality for £50+ was disappointing

In my opinion the flowers were of poor quality and seemed dead on arrival.After a few days in water they hadn't recovered. Won't be using you again.

Poor quality bouquet,For £20 six stems of low budget flowers and mainly foliage . Very disappointing! Not happy with order was a present for my daughter thought the need to buy more flowers !!!! Will not recommend or use again .

Chocolates never arrived with the flowers and after I rang they put them in an envelope and posted them on, not even in a box , very dissatisfied.

Well i Ordered my flowers on saturday the 8th and they still haven't arrived. I know sometimes there can be complications but i kinda expected no more than 2-3 working days

Delivery was straightforward. However, the flowers received were not as advertised in the photograph. The photo suggests 7 peonies with some greenery would be delivered, however on arrival only 3 peony flowers were present with lots of greenery to fill the vase, so I feel this was falsely advertised. Furthermore, the bouquet only lasted around 4-5 days before wilting rather quickly despite following instructions for watering, feed etc. I don't feel this was value for money at all.

The recipient of the flowers said they were 'okay' when pressed for a fuller response she said that there was nothing wrong with them they just lacked the 'wow' factor. she had received a bunch of Tesco red roses from a friend and they were far superior

Packaging damaged which meant that all the water had seeped out leaving the flowers looking very sorry for themselves. Not fresh at all rather withered looking and I was very disappointed as these were a special delivery for my Mother's 80th Birthday. Poor quality flowers in any case.

I ordered flowers for my Aunts birthday and when I went to see her 2 days later I was very disappointed, they just looked like a bunch picked from a garage, not very big and nothing special, I often use this company to send flowers and have all ways been happy, but the quality this time was not what I expected or what was shown on the picture, Kim

The delivery and timing went well but I'm really disappointed with how long the flowers have lasted. They were sent to arrive on Wednesday - my mum's birthday I have since come to see her... arriving Friday and the flowers are dying off already. For 29.99 bunch of flowers I'm really not impressed and would expect them to last twice as long.

Just received a bunch of your flowers from my granddaughter for my birthday and I've had better bunches from the local garage. I am more upset that she paid for the birthday package with card and chocolates and won't be telling her how bedraggled the flowers looked or that on some of the roses the stems were broken so they don't even stand up. Very disappointed.

My order of a birthday plant arrangement, consisting of a lily, rose and ivy, arrived on time but in decidedly poor shape. The lily looked bedraggled and the rose had one bud which has bloomed and three buds which died together with their associated foliage. After five days we are left with a potted ivy, nothing more! This resulted in a very unsatisfactory birthday display which has been consigned to the compost bin. This was probably our fifth order on Bunches and probably our last. Please do not contact us before Saturday 22nd July.

I ordered what looked like a beautiful bouquet for my daughter in law who had just given birth to our first grandchild. When we travelled down to visit I was extreemly dissapointed (and embarrassed) by the megre display. There seemed to be far fewer flowers than in the photograph. These were expensive and I feel I wasted my money. Frankly, a £10 bouquet from Tesco is far better quality. I have ordered from you many times before but have not seen the flowers "in person" . I do not feel confident to order from you again.

Very disappointed to find out (by accident from the recipient) that no chocolates had been sent with the most recent order I placed! Checking with your office I was told no orders last week were sent out with chocolates. How frequently does this happen? The sender is unlikely to know!
