Hello, I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on Monday 10th July, daughters wedding anniversary. It was delivered on Sat. 8th July, and left outside in full sun. My daughter and her family were away on holiday, and weren't coming home until Sat. evening. We were all very disappointed, as the flowers were all wilted. I had an email confirmation to say they would be sent on the 10th July, so don't understand why they were sent on the Sat. 8th July, as it isn't a normal working day.

Having purchased flowers many times previously, I was surprised to find out that when the latest bunch arrived, it was poorly presented and a number of the blooms were already fading. This totally spoiled the surprise. My sister in law took pictures; I'm very disappointed on this occasion.

Ordered next day delivery for Saturday but they didn't arrive until Monday. The ones that weren't damaged/dying looked OK. But by Tuesday they were all wilting and I started to dispose of them by Thursday. These were a birthday present for my daughter (whose birthday was on Sunday) and I am thoroughly disappointed.

My friend spoke with me today after receiving her flowers last Friday 7th. I have to say that the original photo she sent me looked fairly scarce of flowers compared to the flowers ordered and I commented on it to her. Today she sent me a photo of them and I was very disappointed. All flowers previously ordered have been exceptional and those I have received have been great too.

Flowers looked great only but were under half the expected size. I requested delivery on the Saturday for a Sunday Birthday, however they were delivered on the Friday. Not entirely happy with service and unsure if I would use again.

The delivery was good but if I'm honest I thought the size of the bunch was small for the price. That disappointed me when I saw them.

1st bunch of flowers were dead on delivery! They kindly replaced them but with a cheaper bunch!! Disappointed

I ordered a standard bunch of Wildflower Meadow. When they arrived they were in poor condition. I was supposed to get 15 stems, but they were only 12 in the box! I have been ordering flowers from Bunches for a number of years now and this is the first time I have been disappointed. I will have to think twice next time if standards are going down.

very disappointed when I saw the flowers, would of paid about £3.99 for them in supermarket. The cake was also tiny £1 in cardshops

Delivery was on time which was great, however I was very disappointed in the flowers, There was about 8 or 9 flower stems in the whole bunch! Definately NOT worth over £21.00 .. they were for my parners birhday, I was embarressed, especially when the box was so small it was posted through the porch window! Not all all impressed.

The flowers that I sent to my friend for her Birthday were wilted and dead 2 days after she received them, they are now in the bin.

My mum received her bouquet of flowers on weds and by Friday they were all dead and had to be thrown away. Really disappointed with the money I spent. I have bought flowers in the supermarket for a quarter of the price and they had lasted weeks
