The flowers I ordered arrived on time but many had died by the next day, and now 3 days later have had to be thrown away. Customer services have been great though and agreed to send out a fresh bouquet.

£14 for 8 stems of carnations. Could have got more for £5 at Tesco

Considering the amount of money paid, the roses were a poor standard, half dead and small. A nice idea but not worth anything like the amount of money they cost.

I have bought flowers from bunches previously and been satisfied. This bunch were delivered timely. However I do not feel they represented value for money. The recipient commented that they looked like a £3 bunch from a garage forecourt.

I was quite disappointed with the flowers as they were for a gift ! The picture on the website is nothing like the real thing they were very sparse I wouldn't send flowers like them again very very disappointed . The company should show how the flowers would look like in real!!!! A very disappointed customer wouldn't recommend again !!!

I have used and loved bunches for year however my most recently purchased bunch brought for my mums birthday turned up already looking battered and the flowers are dying a day or or so after arrival.Everything else for great.The balloon,delicious chocolates,price and delivery speed.Hopefully a one off disappointing bunch.

I was a little disappointed with the flowers that you send for my Daughter-in-Law's Birthday. I did order the large bunch but even with the extras that I put in - balloon, butterflies and gypsophelia it looked quite naked. It may not be a huge amount to you and I know that you have to compete, but I paid £30 odd pounds for this and I would have done better going to Lidl and paying £3.99 for a bouquet just as good! Sorry.

I was very unhappy.you said delivery would be on monday.my daughter got a postman notification,while she was out,on WEDNESDAY!!!I wouldhave been better ordering from a compay,that gave 3 hour delivery,and paid £6 more.

I received the flowers yesterday, I was expecting a nice bouquet to give to a friend for a present. Instead I received two bunches of flowers with greenery that was half dead. The info. with the flowers said how to revive them from the travel, which I did, but in the meantime I had to order another bouquet from a florist for delivery today and keep the Bunches flowers for myself. They certainly look better today, but I would never order flowers through the internet again.

I sent a bunch of flowers to my mum for her birthday and I also paid extra to go Large so it should have been a Large bunch only to find that the bunch was tiny, hate to think how small it would have been had i not paid the extra! Very disappointed and won't be using again!!! :-(

I ordered flowers to be delivered Monday 19th January but delivery was attempted Saturday 17th - this was no good as my parents were out on Saturday. As a consequence my mom had to go into town today to collect the flowers, rather than having them delivered. As a consequence of this delay half the flowers were past their best. This was very disappointing as I've used this company successfully before.

I ordered a bouquet for my sister's 60th birthday with a card, a ballon and the free chocolates. It was a white a yellow bouquet and I wanted to suprise her on the day. However, I then changed my mind and decided to have the flowers delivered to me so that I could write a message in her card. The box arrived the next morning which was very prompt but the size of the box shocked me.. It was about 14 " long buy 4 " wide and the smallest bouquet you could buy. I felt embarrassed by the size of the bouquet so I went to asda to get another of similar colour and found an identical one for £3. The balloon was on a stick and was the size of an orange, the card was so basic and looked very cheap. All in all I will not be using these again I was so disappointed.

Flowers not at all like the picture on web page, all very tight buds with no open flowers at all, not the wow factor you would like from a flower delivery.

The flowers were delivered a day early, despite paying extra for them to be delivered on a specific day. Disappointed by this and the fact that the flowers delivered did not remotely look like the online image. Would not order from here again.

I ordered a Christmas bouquet for friends celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary. Having ordered the 'extra ' blooms option I awaited her words of delight. Imagine my horror when I saw the bouquet of flowers for myself. There were a few poorly looking blooms, a lot of foliage and a few decorations. On complaining to Bunches I was told to send picture. Not an easy thing to do but eventually accomplished and sent. I was then advised by Bunches, somewhat patronisingly, that some of the blooms were in bud and once opened the bouquet would be as expected. Within a few days I had to send a further email, with picture attached, because the buds had died without ever opening. My friend is a florist and therefore knew how to deal with flowers. I received a response to the effect that if my friend was still unhappy they would send another bouquet. Which they did, but sad to say once again the blooms were poor. Did I bother to go back to Bunches again? Nope, I've had enough of the to-ing and fro-ing! Will I be using them again? Nope, I no longer have any faith in them to deliver what they say they will deliver!

I sent my friend flowers at Christmas as I have for years this year they where fully open and only lasted a few day very disappaiting

Bought these flowers with chocolates and balloon for my Mums Birthday, very very disappointed, she got the same bunch of flowers from a friend who bought them in a supermarket for less than 6pound, will not buy from Bunches again. Not worth the money,

Ordered flowers for my parents 40th Anniversary. They received a rather flimsy bunch of buds, with several drooping and falling off. I contacted bunches to complain and they kindly refunded me for the flowers, but doesn't ease the disappointment at a sad bunch of flowers!
