I ordered the fragrant freesias bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day. Looking at the 'standard' bunch it looked plentiful but I ordered the extra stems (the larger bunch) to go a bit over the top for my mom - she deserves it after all. These were delivered by Royal Mail perfect. My mom thanked me and sent me a pic of what had been delivered. I was bitterly disappointed. Only a few stems - max 5!! Yes they were still in bud (and there were plenty of buds) but looked nothing like the standard bunch and definitely not what I expected - especially as I paid for extra stems. I felt guilty so had to go and spend an additional £20 to 'top up' the present. Gutted

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and when they were delivered they had been squashed. My mother repotted the azalea and managed to save it. In the past deliveries have been ok so I hope this will be an exception.

A good service but sadly two flowers in the bunch I ordered for Mothers Day were dead, so as you can imagine I am a bit disappointed with the florist that supplied these flowers.

The flowers didn't come the day I asked for them to which ruined the surprise and they were not the nicest flowers when they arrived. Overall wasn't pleased

My wife received a box of flowers last Friday March 4th from her son and daughter via your company .The flowers were ok but nothing special but the card that accompanied them was pathetic and she was most upset and disappointed .They were of course for her Special Day Mothers Day and she was not pleased to say the least .Allen Greaves , Worksop , Notts .

First time I have used them. Recipient reported a very nice bunch of flowers was delivered, however, they were delivered a day early. Usually a late delivery causes an issue, this time it was an early delivery that caused the issue. I can not understand why companies ask you for a preferred delivery date and then fail to abide by it or at least let you know they can not abide by it. As the user of the service poor, from the recipient "lovely"

ordered a potted plant on the Thursday and site said delivery on Friday or Saturday. Plant arrived on the Monday. It was supposed to be a gift for Mothering Sunday. Very disappointing.

For the quantity, quality and price of the flowers, I would not order again, not up to standard, I could've purchased the same bunch from a supermarket much cheaper and would've lasted longer, sorry not impressed.

My mother-in-law received a very sub-standard bunch of tulips/Belgium chocolates on mother's day and was upset. Carly in your customer services department has since agreed to send her some fresh flowers to make amends. I imagine this has been a very busy time for all the flower mail order companies but there has to be a better way to make sure people are not disappointed or they will look for other options!

Some of the flowers I sent to my mother on Mothers Day died within two days and she had to rebunch the surviving ones with other flowers. I am a bit disappointed as I expect the flowers to last at least a few days.

I feel as though the items delivered were somewhat smaller than they were depicted on the website. The balloon and card were miniature despite seeming much larger on the website. Furthermore, , these flowers did not last as long as one would expect, especially when compared to flowers delivered by another company on the same day. The flowers have already drooped and look very 'tired'.

Ordered birthday flower package to be delivered to a friends place of work for her 40th birthday, only for the flowers to be delivered the day before. Not the day I requested as she actually did not work that day. Why on earth do you request the purchaser to select a delivery date then deliver on the day of your choice

My mum was the recipient. I asked her to send me a photo as the description says that the picture is for illustration purposes only. However I was so dissapointed when I saw how much foliage there was. It drowned out the flowers. Also the card had slipped to the bottom of the box so my greeting was only just legible! There is no fragrance what so ever either! Not sure i would use again.

You get what you pay for, as they say. This was my first purchase from Bunches, and the price is what initially attracts you to their product - but don't be fooled - the flowers that you receive will look nothing like the picture! Which is a shame really, as the overall package and service is good. Delivery is when it says it's going to be, and bouquets come with a nice gift card and free chocolates, plus some of their deals include little extras (ie. the mother's day bouquet that I ordered came with a small fruit cake which was a nice touch). But expectations and reality become a very different thing! I ordered a bunch of freesias, which looked lovely in the picture - various colours, a nice spring time bouquet. But what I (my mum) received was far from lovely. I realise that it is always best to have some flowers in bud form to maximise life span, however these were the most pitiful flowers I've ever seen. I thought I'd found the perfect website (I rely on sites such as these for special occasions as I live in Australia, so being able to order flowers and gifts online is an absolute must), however I'm sorry to say I won't be using Bunches.co.uk again.

Having used Bunches for many years my latest order was not delivered when requested (4th) on complaining I was informed it was a Royal Mail issue to date (7th)the flowers have still not arrived for my 85 year old Mother for her Mother's Day gift subsequently ruining her day. This. Not the first time this has happened with Bunches in fact it is the Third!!!! & their attitude in their response email was appalling so complacement and uninterested I am thoroughly disgusted and will NEVER USE Bunches again!
