“Freesias were almost dead and couldn't be revived. Had to be thrown away as soon as box opened. Chocs were a bag of chocolate buttons. Very dissapointed. Not worth the money. If it was possible would send back for a refund.”

“I little disappointed considering how much I had to pay. Misleading pictures on internet and some flowers were wilted/damaged. I could have bought 3 times as much in the shops for the same price I paid but due to an operation I was unable to leave the house relying on internet. Nicest thing that came out of the box was the chocolates.”

“I ordered a £20 bunch of flowers for my mum, expecting a nice bunch. When it arrived it only had about 8 actual flowers and a bit of the white stuff. Could have got a bigger bunch for less elsewhere, but chose delivery as I don't live near her. I was quite disappointed.”

“Disappointed with service and flowers The email regarding delivery slot never arrived and ended up having to call to check that the flowers were delivered - not good considering courier delivery is an additional cost When flowers arrived some were broken”

“I was pleased with my first order which actually arrived early for my mum on Mother's Day so I decided to order some flowers for my step mum. Thus didn't run as smoothly. I put down delivery for Saturday before morhers day. By Sunday afternoon they still hadn't arrived when I phoned help line was told would hopefully arrive Monday if not could have a refund . Didn't make for s very good Mother's Day! Did arrive mo day eventually but nothing special .”

“Ordered 2 bunches in the last 2weeks and unfortunately both bunches were delivered with some broken heads on the flowers and about half the flowers were not in bud like the description suggested. When my recipient phoned up to mention this they said to post the flowers back...?! Not great when the recipient is an old pensioner and it was a get well bunch of flowers.”

“I ordered three sets of flowers from youselves.Two of the bunches turned up a day earlier than stated in the delivery instructions and the third set never arrived.I selected a delivery date of Friday 4th and did not arrive for mothers day.”

“Only reason didn't mark as 1 star was that the delivery was quick. Ordered flowers on the Tuesday evening and they arrived on the Thursday. Website said they are sent in bud form to make them last longer. The website advised to add courier charge if wanted guaranteed arrival by Mothers Day but decided 1st class post had 4 days to deliver so sent by that instead. Just spoke to my Mum and she had to throw them away on Mothers Day as they were already dead.”

“I have used this site before and was rather impressed with my purchase however this time, the bunch of flowers was very small and so was the Mother's Day cake and balloon and very expensive for their size! I didn't expect a big cake but the cake wasn't even the size of your palm and the balloon was just as small.”

“I've ordered Orchids from Bunches for Mother's Day before and they have been beautiful, but this time there were no where the amount as last time and have started to die already. Last time they last lasted for 3-4 weeks. Disappointed!”
