The quality in the photos was nothing like the quality that arrived. I ordered a large bouquet which didn't look large. Quite disappointed. I was originally pleased to get the message that the flowers arrive in bud to make them last longer but the flowers that arrived were towards the end of their life. Could have got more spending the same money somewhere else.

Ordered the butterfly bliss for Mothers Day as my Mum loves carnations, freesias and butterflies. What arrived looked extremely lackluster and small compared to the photographed bouquet on the website. Felt highly disappointed as if I had known I would have used Tesco floral as they have delivered to my mum before and the bouquet has looked just like the one in the picture when it arrived :-(

I purchased two bunches of flowers for my daughters for Mothers Day, one Sunshine Bouquet and one Special Bouquet. I am really disappointed with both of these although one was slightly better than the other. The Sunshine Bouquet looks like it was picked up from the street and boxed. Hardly any flowers and looks nothing like the picture on the website. The Special Bouquet was slightly better but not by much. I am so disappointed with this as well as the fact that the delivery company did not let me know as promised the 1 hour deliver slot as per email i received and as my daughter had popped out to pick my granddaughter up they left the box sitting on her front door step (said they had left it in the porch) she does not even have a porch. the flowers were not to the standard I expected. Would not be recommending this service to anyone I know. M MacKenzie.

I was very disappointed with my Mother's Day bunch of tulips the bouquet is missing the purple birch twigs these have been paid for so where are they? Our family have used Bunches for years and been very happy with quality and content of the bouquets in the past. Is it possible to send the rest of the bouquet separately I wonder.

After speaking to my mother yesterday over Skype, I was extremely disappointed to see the standard of the bouquet of flowers that my mother received. What we ordered from your website looked to have more content than the ones which were delivered. The only 'nice' comment was about the card. We are currently residing in Australia and have used one or two other international florists previously and happen to come across your website and thought we'd give you go.

I ordered the freesia bouquet for Mother's Day , and although my mum was delighted with them I have to say I was disgusted, there was nowhere near the 20 stems stated on the picture, they were straggly and pathetic, the so called free chocolates was a tiny bag of chocolate buttons, I was embarrassed in front of my Mum when I seen them, especially as my Son had got her a lovely bouquet from another florist that was the same price but double the size, I shall neither be using you again or recommending you, you totally spoilt Mother's Day for me Denise, Wallsend, Tyne & Wear

The bunches was very disappointing, only recieved 2 flowers,although after phoning up was told they would send out another bunch with should come in 2-3 days very helpful on the phone just disappointed there was a major mishap

Having paid £20 for a bouquet to be delivered I was very disappointed in the flowers. When I think what I could have got from another shop for the same amount. Won't be using you again.

Feeling very embarrassed on Mother's Day. I wanted something extra special for my mother this year because I nearly lost her a couple of months ago to meningitis. She's been through so much as have I. I ordered one of the more expensive flower arrangements as the photo looked stunning. However, when they came, it was a scraggy, cheap looking bunch that looked like nothing in the photo. Even with a good imagination to look ahead as they possibly open a bit more could you expect anything like you were expecting. Only positive was they were delivered on time but as they delivered a big disappointment, it was worth nothing. I went out of the room and sobbed.

Have used in the past but recently bought a Mother's Day bouquet asked for delivery on Friday closer to Mother's Day and came a day early not too big a problem. But in comparison to the picture on the sight they looked very poor not due to bloom but due to die in my opinion! In future will be going to the supermarkets better value and can see what you're going to get.

We Recently bought a bunch of flowers for our mum for mothers day and we were unfortunately very disappointed! Firstly we were quite taken back by the final price of the flowers but thought they were ultimately worth it because of how well they were displayed on the website but look nothing like it when they were delivered. They was around half of the flowers that arrived than was displayed online and the butterfly decorations were not placed into the flowers for delivery but turned up in a plastic wrapper. This was not appreciated as the flowers were a surprise that came whilst we were not there. With this being our first experience with the bunches company, we will not being using this service again and would not recommend this to anyone.

I thought i would see what bunches were like as i usually use someone else. The Flowers I ordered arrived a day before my mum's birthday and not on it as requested which was a little disappointing as the other company i usually use has always delivered on the day I ask for! Also the flowers although very nice were not a lot of them and the bunch looked lost inside my mum's vase which was a pretty standard size. I would of liked more flowers in the bunch! All in all not great and unless anything changes I will be going back to the other company who seem to offer more for the same price

sent these flowers to my mum, I was very dissapointed to find several buds of the flowers had fallen off and one flower head was completely crushed and limp.

Flowers not exactly as they looked in photo on website! Look very dull and definately much smaller than the picture implies they will be! Also the 1.99 balloon on a stick is tiny! Just picked on up in tesco which cost £1 and is about 4 times the size! Overall a bit disappointed as to what was to be a Mother's Day surprise and something a bit different to a bouquet from a supermarket

The flowers were nothing like the picture and since I paid for a large bunch it looks more like a small. Very disappointed.

Just received my Flowers from my daughter for Mother's Day I will not upset her by saying how poor they are. Some of the spray carnations have a white mildew like powder on them and the one spray of gypsophila is limp and well past it's best. I bought two cheap bunches of spray carnations, or pinks as I prefer to call them, from Aldi five weeks ago they are still looking fresh.

Delivered flowers weren't as expected. The photos on the website didn't match what was delivered. Poor value for Money. Safeways, Morrisons, or the local garage sell better flowers at a fraction of the cost, and the free chocolates........................

I placed my order with a message but not a card. At the checkout was written that no message was included. So I re-did the order only to find that my original order was repeated so two bunches of flowers went to the recipients and I was duly billed. Surely, two identical orders should have been queried? Also, the confirmation email informed me that I would receive an email giving me a one hour slot for delivery. This did not happen. I was not impressed and will not be using Bunches again.

Service was great, but one of the rose arrived half dead and hasn't recovered since so technically now have 11. Otherwise always liked the quality and service
