“The 'large' bunch that I ordered did not look as good as the picture on the website and there was no plant food supplied. I was expecting a better bunch of flowers for the price”

“Flowers came too early when my Mother had taken them out of the packaging they looked half dead and for £28.00 I was very disappointed.Also there was no message on the card and I had written one to wish her a Happy Mothers Day.”

“The flowers were sent to my Mum ahead of Mother's day and she sent me a picture of the bunch she received. I was disappointed to see that the bunch was very sparse and was made up of mainly carnations and not much else. I sent her the picture on the website of the flowers and asked if her bunch looked like that. She decided to be honest and replied that they did not at all. I would therefore be reluctant to use this website again.”

“The floral display looked nothing like the picture on the website. It arrived on time on the Friday but bearing in mind this was a Mother’s Day display many of the flowers had died before Mothering Sunday. The display itself was very small and certainly not worth the £31 asking price. I have been a customer of Bunches for several years now and have never been so disappointed and I’m not sure if I’ll consider them again. I’ve seen far better at a fraction of the price in some of the budget supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi. Perhaps I’ll take my custom there in the future.”

“I was disgusted at the flowers my Mum received for Mother's Day , I ordered the freesia bouquet which in no way resembled the picture of the medium bouquet which was displayed on your site, what she got was about 10 straggly flowers which looked pathetic , I was so embarrassed, especially as she had them beside a massive bouquet my Son had got her from another florist, I will never use you again nor recommend you to anyone else, I felt ripped off and very disappointed .”

“The size of the bouquet was extremely disappointing. Where I realise you know beforehand what flowers are there the actual size of the bunch of flowers was very small and I was embarrassed to say the least.”

“I have always been very happy with bunches and have been using their services for a few years now. However this Mother's Day i purchased an order which on arrival contained a good number of damaged, bent and broken flowers. I was extremely disappointed by this as was the recipient.”

“My wife was disappointed with the flowers. No water so half dead and many of them where broken. Loose Cut flowers in a cardboard box. I normally have no issues with Bunches but sorry to say let down this time.”

“The flowers were nice, but they left them on the doorstep, rather than deliver them. As they were supposed to be delivered Saturday, they could have been on the doorstep overnight, as they were found on the Sunday.”

“The flowers were pretty but looked similar to the £5 bunches you pick up from a supermarket. Absolutely not worth the £26. Not sure whether this was do to it being Mother's Day though.”

“I Was not impressed with the flowers recieved / delivery arrived on time though the delivery driver was very much lacking in customer service skills if the flowers had been for me it would have been a horrible way to have a gift delivered. The flowers were for my mum for Mother's Day and I was embarrassed to hand them over - compared to the picture the flowers I recieved I could have got for a third of the price in a supermarket - would never use again!”

“Not at all happy to be honest, Ordered a Mothers day bouquet, costing £21.99 then asked for special date delivery another £9.95. Then a card £1.99 Arrived on time, (delivered before noon on 5th ) but had 4 wilted flowers in the bunch. For the price paid they should have been in pristeen condition. Very very disappointed that my mother had such a shabby present. Not sure I,d recommend Bunches to anyone. Cheers Miss Newbery”
