“First time I've ordered from this seller. I have to say previously using other sites I was very disappointed with the flowers my mum received for Mother's Day. I opted for the extra stems which cost more obviously. Real dissatisfaction would not recommend or use this company again ☹️”

“Have used bunches for years and been happy till now! Ordered flowers for my daughter in law for Mother’s Day clearly stating to leave them on door step if no one in. We’re not left and arrived 2days after Mother’s Day as my daughter in law booked a re-delivery for Tuesday thinking it was something else she ordered. Flowers kept amazingly well out of water for over 3days but we’re tired looking. This shouldn’t happen when flowers are being delivered! A re-delivery should be made on the same day! Customer service just sent standard apology no refund. Will take my business elsewhere from now on!”

“Hi, I have always had lovely flowers from bunches but the order for my mum (Mother’s Day gift) fell short of my expectations. She has been extremely polite but the tulips died in days :-( I will still shop with you but wanted to let you know on this occasion the flowers were unusually substandard Thanks Claire”

“The quality of the flowers was very poor considering the amount spent on them (£40+). Once received by my mother in law I was hoping that they’d bloom and look nice, but after three days, they looked very dry and almost dead-pretty embarrassing considering these were Mother’s Day flowers. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed with a purchase from Bunches so I won’t be buying anything from this company in the future.”

“I very rarely write reviews but Bunches kept asking me by email. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with what i ordered for Mother’s Day. They were nothing like the picture in the description. I even added extras on to bulk the flowers more and they still didn’t fill what the picture looked like, they was about 1/4 of the size even with the extras I bought. I had to show the original pic to my my mum to show what I’d actually ordered as I’m sure she wondered what the hell id ordered. I only ordered from them as looked like something unusual, but I will definitely will be buying local instead in future. Such a shame.”

“Found the picture misleading as I ordered the small size and the flowers did not look anything near to the picture. Was disappointed as this was a Mother’s Day gift and felt it was extremely over priced”

“Very poor bunch of flowers sent. I was embarrassed to say that was all that was sent. A lot of money for not alot of flowers. This is how good people who work hard get taken advantage of especially in a lockdown when there is no other way of getting flowers delivered.”

“This was the first (and last) time we had ordered flowers from the web. looking at the photos on the site we were looking forward to getting a Wonderfull bunch of flowers for my mum in law on mothers day. I ordered the delivery a day early as I don't trust the post, although luckily this time they were on time. The flowers were not at all good, some of the gypsophila was dead and even after putting the other flowers in water as directed they were not that healthy. As I say we were lucky to get the order early as this gave us time to go out and purchase more flowers to make it a decent bouquet. We will be doing this in future and definitely not order on line.”

“For the first time very disappointed the freesias and roses in particular. Neither of them lasted 7 days poor quality on arrival. I did complain was requested photos twice, sent one lot but my dad was not able to take an in focus photo showing the flowers the second time and was getting upset about it and I was not able to go in to the house due to Covid. Very poor customer service - felt I was not believed which is not a great response.”

“To be honest, I had to be apologetic when presenting them to my mother on Mother’s Day. It was a rather puny bouquet, I don’t think it was good value for money at all. I will not be ordering from Bunches again unfortunately.”

“Ordered extra large tulips. What arrived looked nothing like the picture, very underwhelming. Was two bunches of small supermarket style tulips in a flat box. Once opened and presented they were alright but still nothing like picture and nothing compared to last site I bought from flowersdelivery4u. Won't shop here again.”

“Having spent many hours searching for alternative ideas I settled with bunches, however seeing the size of the bunch of flowers had the strong disappointment. The bunch on it’s own was 1/3 of the size I was expecting. Feel like it was a rip off and will not buy again.”
