“Bought sister this beautiful plant, but sadly it died next day:-( ( may over night in a van, with this scorching weather?) she tried to revive this plant but sadly it never worked.dissatisfying to say the least.”

“On arrival the flowers didn't look 'promising'. However, the next day they sprang into life and were glorious and gave us pleasure ever since. After 11 days they still look lovely. Thank you !”

“Unfortunately the flowers that were sent were the worse I have seen when using this company I was very dissatisfied with what was sent and did contact you I had a reply that you were going to look in to the matter I then got asked for a picture which I sent and have heard nothing since at this time I will not be using your company again until the matter is resolved and would not be recommending until I see that you have resolved the matter”

“The flowers are always lovely and I have used Bunches for many years and have never had a problem. However on my last order I was very upset with Royal Mail. On the morning of my delivery I was sent a message asking me to inform them of a "safe place" in case the recipient wasn't there. I dutifully put leave by the back door and then received a message to say I had changed the date of the delivery. I was mortified, as this was a gift to my sister for her birthday and I had ordered the flowers a week previous to ensure she got it on her birthday. I phoned the Royal Mail who couldn't change the date, I emailed bunches to see if they could help and even tried ringing the local post office but no-one answered. My sister received her flowers 3 days later.I was very upset and furious that the royal mail didn't make it clear they were changing the delivery date.”

Many of our blooms arrive in bud to protect them during transit and maximise their vase life - they may need 48-36 hours in fresh water to fully open and show their true beauty.
