“I use Bunches Florists often and yet again, you did not let me down with a lovely Autumn bouquet for my long time friend who is bed bound. She was delighted with her gift and greetings card choice. Thanks”

“I was so disappointed as the order as a birthday gift did not turn up until 7pm in the evening. When I contacted bunches to share this they simply replied that this was standard and to be expected.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we're very sorry your birthday gift arrived so late in the day. We know how much it matters for a gift to arrive in good time on a special occasion. Our couriers deliver until 7:30pm, so we're unable to guarantee a specific time. That said, we're sorry if our earlier reply came across as dismissive, as that was never our intention. Kind Regards Bunches
