Very disappointed. Not many flowers and they looked a bit wilted. The chocolates were nice though.

The flowers that were sent were in very poor condition. They were also not received until the Monday

ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY SISTERS 90th BIRTHDAY ON NOV 27 THEY DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL SAT 28 ALTHOUGH MY SISTER LOVED THE FLOWERS I WAS DISAPPOINTED THEY DID NOT ARRIVE ON HER BIRTHDAY . BEING AVERY SPECIAL 90th I HAVE ORDERED FLOWERS FROM BUNCHES BEFORE WITH NO PROBS THEY WERE ORDERED EITHER MONDAY 23rd OR TUE 24 ENOUGH TIME I THINK

Thank you for your comments Les. Having looked into your order further I can see that you opted for the free First Class post delivery which takes 1-2 working days to deliver via Royal Mail. We cannot guarantee any specific dates unless the courier is paid for. We do ask a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date if possible, so that a special occasion is not missed.You placed your order on Thursday 26th November so we dispatched on this date for you. This is explained when choosing your delivery date on the calendar, throughout our website and on your order confirmation. I hope this information helps and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I'm sorry to have to write this but the flowers were in quite a poor condition when they arrived, the petals were creased and some of the leaves were. They lasted less than a week.

I paid extra for courier delivery but flowers were sent by Royal Mail on Saturday for Monday delivery and looked tired on arrival. This was my first order with Bunches and I was not impressed.

Thank you for your comments Roy. Courier delivered items are usually sent by FedEx or DPD but orders for delivery on Saturday or to certain areas of the UK may be sent using an alternative service, usually Royal Mail special delivery, of which has happened on this occasion. This is the same service as FedEx and DPD. I am sorry to hear however that the flowers arrived tired, I do believe you have been in contact with our customer support team and we offered to resend out a fresh bouquet with our apologies, however this was refused.

My mum received a bunch of flowers from my sister today and I've bought better looking flowers from the local garage .... some flowers are not far off dead .... drooping and limp. Hope my sister didnt pay too much.

I have rated my Bunches experience as a 'Poor'. This is due to the fact that although the recipient (my aunt, on her 80th birthday), who lives in a fairly remote location on the Isle of Mull off the west coast of Scotland, did receive her delivery on the correct day and reported back that the flowers and all the other additional extras (little birthday cake, extra chocolates, etc) were all wonderful... there was no card... despite the fact that I had chosen a card and written the message to go inside as part of the ordering process. Therefore, she was completely in the dark about who they were from. A process of elimination led her to the conclusion they must be from me, which was confirmed later when we spoke on the phone, but... I just think that is one of the most important parts of receiving a gift or a present through the post, or by courier (unless it's intended to be a mystery gift!) - to know who is thinking of you... Anyway, maybe 'Poor' is a little harsh, but I wouldn't say that was 'Normal' or 'Good' service, so 'Poor' it is I'm afraid!!

Hello, I will send a mail with the fotos before and after the flowers that my girlfriend got. They were horrible, in a mail sent by you it said that they were send in buds to ensure maximun life of the flowers, they never seem to change in any way. So I only wish the service or quality was a little better. I am telling you this because my girlfriend's mother send her flowers from yourt website and they arrived in perfect shape and are still looking deacent, so I doubt my girlfriend did not know how to take care of the flowers. Sent what seemed to be lovely arrangement for my niece`s 18th birthday,but was very disappointed at the picture sent by my sister of bouquet after 3 days and in full bloom,not sure if I will use Bunches again.

I purchased these flowers as a thank you for a friend. 1. Very disappointing, they were nothing like the display you show on your website & they were very sparse. I will be writing a review but I'm unable to use your website.

Although our bouquets are pictured in full bloom and arranged within a vase on our website we do state within the description page of our products that the flowers will be sent out to the recipients within bud and not as pictured, we also provide the stem count of each bouquet to ensure our customers are aware of what each bouquet will consist of. It was delivered the day before my mums birthday, I visited my mum a few days later and the flowers looked nothing like your online representation, though my mum said the chocolates and cake was nice.

Not many Flowers received in the Bunch. Certainly not worth £18. Chocolates weren't up to much either. Won't be using you guys again.

Good points; pictures look good on the web, they arrived on time & my sister loved them. Bad points; photos are misleading as the actual product does not look that great in real life. Some leaves look like a caterpillar got happy. I spent thirty quid on the piscasso flowers so thought I'd get my money's worth. To make things better I went to Aldi and the flowers there were superior and beautiful. I would recommend supermarkets in future.

I wanted it delivered on my mums birthday but they let you chose one day unless you pay extra for it. So by default they let you chose your day and the day before. And guess what, they got delivered a day before! Really poor. Also flowers not as full as they appeared on the website. In fact quite sparse. Will not order from them again.

As we are a flowers by post company our free delivery option is on the first class service with the Royal Mail. As you have mentioned within your comments this delivery option is advertised over a 1-2 day period although we are aware of which two days the delivery will take place between we can not guarantee your chosen day using this service. As you mentioned we do advertise a courier delivery which would offer a guaranteed delivery for your chosen day but this service does require an additional charge of either £5.95 or £7.95. Although our bouquets are pictured in full bloom and arranged within a vase on our website we do state within the description page of our products that the flowers will be sent out to the recipients within bud and not as pictured, we also provide the stem count of each bouquet to ensure our customers are aware of what each bouquet will consist of. The bouquets do not change often enough, I buy flowers quite often for my mum and I've ended up sending her the same display a couple of times. Also, the flowers recently have been less good, the display looked a bit 'thin', some of the flowers a bit 'tired' and not really very impressive for the money. Probably will stop using Bunches. Otherwise the service is good, the flowers arrive on time and so on, they're just not that great.

Disappointed the parcel was left in receiver's front garden when a note on the door clearly said 'Leave parcels in greenhouse'. Also there was no card/note in letterbox to say parcel had been left and where. An email to inform sender of delivery would be helpful.

I have been using Bunches for sometime but the last 3 or 4 times I always find Bunches will not accept my password and we go through the whole performance of a new password and wait for e-mail. This happened last week and then I cannot use posy points and my new password is always the original one ... Please sort this out before I order again otherwise I shall find a different supplier.

A birthday present for my Mum - saw them and was dissapointed with how few flowers there was in the bunch. My Dad bought a bouquet from a local florest for the same price and it filled up three vases. The flowers from Bunches didnt even fill up a small vase

Could not have been more disappointed! These were a birthday gift. They arrived 2 days late and 2 of the flower types were unusable as they were wilted totally. Fefinately will not be using this site again
