“We have ordered flowers from Bunches on several occasions for delivery to family and friends in the UK. The flowers or plants have arrived on time and in excellent condition. As we are ordering from Australia it is good to be able to place orders and be confident of a problem free process.”

“Delivered on time and well packaged. However the roses in the bouquet were a great disappointment and didn't open really, despite correct treatment on arrival. They looked green and deathly! Was for an 80th birthday, a great shame.”

“I ordered a large bunch which arrived tiny and I had to go buy extra flowers to go with it to make it bigger and better, absolutely nothing like the picture on the site and definitely not a large bunch. They then died within a few days so overall very disappointed. Will not purchase from this sight again.”

We understand how disappointing it must be when the flowers don't match what you were expecting. Our bouquets are typically sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during delivery, which means they may not initially look as full as the images on our website that show the flowers in full bloom. “Pleasantly surprised ! It's difficult to find carnations these days but the ones I received from Bunches are beautiful and I chose one with white carnations as these are always scented. There are now a week old and in perfect condition. Excellent value for money. They arrive looking very sad for themselves but I followed the instructions to the letter ( the instructions are extremely clear ) From an ex florist !”
