“I ordered Bunches pretty azalea and pot for my sisters birthday gift. On arrival the plant was fine but the pot was smashed due to the parcel being thrown over the gate by the delivery man , and was seen to do so by a neighbour, even though it said it was left in porch. I contacted Bunches to tell them and they sent a lovely replacement pot to my sister. Thank you Bunches - you know how to look after your customers. I will recommend you again.”

“The flowers ordered were delivered very early on the requested day and were absolutely beautiful. The extras ordered with the flowers were also very good value and very delicious. I ordered the flowers two days in advance, but I have had previous orders on a next day delivery, all of which have been delivered on time and early morning.”
